With the development of the times,the construction and development of rural areas have received unprecedented attention and attention.Compared with urban houses,the construction of rural houses has always been in a relatively backward situation.In the southern Jiangsu area with hot-summer and cold-winter climate,problems such as poor indoor thermal environment quality and low energy efficiency have been affecting the improvement of the quality of life of rural residents.As the main component of the rural house,the building envelope is an important factor that affects building energy efficiency and indoor thermal environment quality.Due to the self-financing and self-construction of farm houses,the lack of understanding of low-energy technology in buildings and the inconsistency of the interests of various subjects have caused difficulties in promoting the promotion of low-energy technologies in farm houses.How to take into account the interests of all parties,and choosing the appropriate low-energy technology of the envelope according to the regional characteristics of rural areas in southern Jiangsu,have become the urgent problems to be solved.In view of the above problems,this paper builds a suitability evaluation system of low energy consumption technology for rural housing envelope in southern Jiangsu province according to the comprehensive evaluation theory.The main work includes:The first part is the research background and theory.Through combing the theory of suitability technology,a demand-oriented framework for the evaluation of the suitability of low-energy-consumption technology for the enclosure structure of rural houses in southern Jiangsu province was established for different stakeholders.This study also proposed that the implementation of low energy consumption technologies for rural houses must seek the best combination of energy efficiency,economy and environment.The second part is to review the low-energy technologies of the building envelope of the rural house in southern Jiangsu province and the figure out the reference buildings for benchmarking.Combined with the current situation investigation and literature research,the statistical analysis method was used to refine the structural characteristics of the reference buildings and common envelope materials of rural houses in southern Jiangsu province for the further researches.The third part is the quantitative analysis of the suitability of the research object.According to the climate characteristics of southern Jiangsu province and the characteristics of the building envelope of the rural house,the building energy consumption dynamic simulation prediction method,the life cycle cost analysis method and the life cycle environmental impact assessment method were applied to build the calculation model of energy efficiency,economy,and environmental impact of the low energy consumption technologies.Through calculation,the parameter values and weights of each evaluation index are determined.This study provided the types,materials and constructions of the optimal low-energy technology for different building envelope under different perspectives.The research provided quantitative analysis parameters for economic and environmental evaluation studies,and provided guidance and evaluation basis for actual rural house design.The fourth part is to establish a low-energy technology evaluation system for the building envelop of rural houses in southern Jiangsu province and an evaluation system within the framework of evaluation indices,mathematical models,weighting factors,and expression of evaluation results.According to different parameter characteristics,different dimensionless methods are used to unify the scores.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and expert evaluation methods were used to determine the first-level weights,and finally a comprehensive evaluation system is established.This study also developed a software tool that is convenient for user self-evaluation.Finally,an evaluation software was used to evaluate a case rural house in Jiangning,Nanjing city,to verify the scientific and practical value of the evaluation system.Within the suitability theory and interdisciplinary knowledge,this study built a suitability evaluation system of low energy consumption technologies for rural housing envelope in southern Jiangsu province for a comprehensive assessment framework.From the field investigation,this study conducted the simulation calculation and regression study,to reveal the optimization of energy efficiency,economy,and environmental impact of the low energy consumption technologies to make sure the objectivity and comprehensiveness.This study can take into consideration of the interests of all parties while balancing the living quality and environmental load and ultimately achieving the goal of sustainable development,and finally achieve the practical significance and value.
