Research And Design Practice Of Residential Space Form In Yanqing Area Based On Independent Construction Method

The Yanqing area was called Xiayangchuan in ancient times.The residents of this area appeared six to seven thousand years ago.Since the Ming Dynasty moved the capital to Beijing,Yanqing area has become a political and military strategic place.The unique cultural,political background and natural conditions have created the unique village style in Yanqing area.Under the role of independent construction mode,the spatial form of folk houses in Yanqing area has been developing and evolving in an orderly framework.Nowadays,with the acceleration of industrialization in Yanqing,the social organization system in the independent construction mode has undergone great changes,and the independent construction mode has gradually collapsed.However,The independent construction mode gradually disintegrates,but the construction design system in the independent construction mode-the independent construction mode continues to be inherited.In view of this,this paper summarizes and concludes the development and evolution of independent construction methods in Yanqing,the spatial form characteristics and evolution rules of residential buildings,and deduces the contents of independent construction methods that architects should inherit in the process of intervening in rural construction in this area.On this basis,architects participate in the design practice of rural residential buildings as architects.Six chapters of the full text read: Chapter 1 is a summary,through the analysis of the background and research status at home and abroad,put forward the research purpose and technical route.Chapter 2 is a discussion of the way in which the autonomous camping of the Yanqing region has developed.In this part,a systematic study is carried out from three aspects: the generation,development and weakening of the independent construction mode of the traditional villages in this region,and the existing construction mode in this region.Chapter 3 is a status study of the dwellings in the Yanqing area.From residential courtyard layout,residential monomer and residential construction details of three aspects of the discussion.Chapter 4 is a synthesis of the findings of chapters 2 and 3,and an deep analysis of the mechanism of the role of autonomous camping methods on the spatial form of residential houses.On this basis,summarize the existing problems in Yanqing area of residential construction.Chapter 5 builds on Chapter 4 and discusses the inheritance content of independent construction in Yanqing area from the perspective of architects.Chapter 6 is a synthesis of the contents discussed in Chapter 4 and 5,and carries on the design practice research with the involvement of architects.Finally,the main contents of the paper are summarized,and the inheritance and development of independent construction are prospected.In the modernization setting,it is meaningful to deeply study the function mechanism of independent construction mode on the evolution of the spatial form of residential buildings in Yanqing area and to discuss the inheritance content in the process of architects’ involvement.On the one hand,it can help to suggest ideas for the rational construction of residential houses in Yanqing area,and on the another hand,it can promote the orderly construction of residential buildings in the suburbs of Beijing.
