| With the rapid development of digital technology, the digital economy is rapidly emerging globally, and digitalization has gradually become a new driving force for development. As an important pillar of China’s national economy, the construction industry has the dual nature of real economy and traditional industry. How to achieve high-quality development through Digital transformation and help China’s digital economy become better and stronger has become an important topic of the times.Today is the era of digital economy and smart society.Blockchain, artificial intelligence, robots and big data have become the landmark technologies of the quaternary sector of the economy revolution.Affected by the impact of the COVID-19,construction enterprises must implement Digital transformation if they want to keep pace with the times.Digital transformation is the only way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and high-quality development.Based on this, the paper uses structural equation model to study the influencing factors of Digital transformation of construction enterprises, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for key influencing factors. The main work and research results of the paper are as follows:(1)Through literature research and the proposed improved TOE theoretical framework, the influencing factors of digital transformation in construction enterprises are initially identified from six dimensions: technological resource factors, organizational change factors, enterprise capacity factors, external environmental factors, economic conditions factors, and personnel management factors.Then,32 influencing factors of digital transformation in construction enterprises are selected and modified based on expert interviews,Finally,a list of factors affecting the digital transformation of construction enterprises was obtained.(2)Using the structural equation model method to construct a structural equation model of factors affecting the digital transformation of construction enterprises, the questionnaire data is imported into the initial structural equation model for model identification, fitting, evaluation, and correction.Combining the model evaluation criteria,an ideal model with good adaptability is obtained.According to the model standardization path coefficient results, verify the hypothesis, and obtain that technical resource factors, organizational change factors, enterprise capacity factors, external environmental factors, economic conditions factors, and personnel management factors have a positive impact on the digital transformation effect of construction enterprises.(3)According to the interpretation and analysis of the model results,as well as the standardized path coefficient, the magnitude of the influencing factors in each dimension is obtained as follows: economic situation factor, organizational change factor, external environment factor, technical resource factor, enterprise capability factor, and personnel management factor.According to the results of the comprehensive impact coefficient,11 key influencing factors are obtained: special fund investment, digital strategy, support and leadership of senior managers, organizational coordination, financial capital support, policy support, organizational culture, guidance of institutional standards, degree of digital platform construction, digital infrastructure construction, digital technology innovation, and research and development level.Based on the above research findings, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the key influencing factors of digital transformation in construction enterprises and the factors with the largest path coefficient among various dimensions. It proposes solutions from four aspects: increasing investment in digital transformation, promoting organizational digital transformation as a whole, improving policies and unifying institutional standards, and strengthening digital infrastructure construction,With a view to providing reference and theoretical guidance for the successful implementation of digital transformation in construction enterprises. |
