With China’s promotion of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking,environmental protection requirements are becoming more and more stringent,and traditional industries with high energy consumption and high pollution are also facing the pressure of energysaving and environmental protection transformation.For environmental protection enterprises and equipment manufacturers,multi project management has become an inevitable trend in the face of intense construction,supply,and installation.This article focuses on the multi project management challenges faced by H Company in the Chinese market.Through practical research,level by level interviews,actual project operations,and result validation,corresponding strategies are developed to achieve more efficient management.This article elaborates on theoretical knowledge related to project management,multi project management,and analyzes the current research status in this field both domestically and internationally.A specific analysis was conducted on the organizational structure,management methods,resource conflicts,and other issues in multi project management,identifying the problems that exist in the multi project management process of H company’s projects and proposing solutions.This provides a schedule management solution for the centralized delivery of products in equipment manufacturing companies,and provides practical theoretical support for the decisionmaking of company management personnel.The core of multi project whole process management lies in resource allocation and resource conflict management.At present,research achievements in this field are relatively mature.However,in the face of centralized delivery application scenarios caused by policy red lines,research in this field still needs to be improved.The research results of this paper can make up for the application scenario of conflict management in the equipment manufacturing companies for large-scale centralized delivery due to a special reason,and further improve the theory of centralized delivery multi project management.Guided by the strategy of H Company Group,H Company has achieved significant results in hundreds of projects in recent years through changes in functional framework,resource coordination,engineering design,production and manufacturing,logistics delivery,and on-site services.However,nanny style management cannot meet the urgent requirements of customers for the construction period and cannot meet the current needs of H Company in the Chinese market.Therefore,the research results of this article can help H Company establish a comprehensive and efficient multi project management system,enabling it to better adapt to the increasingly changing market environment.
