Research On Spatial Form And Architectural Features Of Traditional Village A Case Of Loutian Village Of Dao County, Hunan, China

Traditional villages and traditional buildings not only contain a very rich source of original and authentic historical information,but also carry a thick historical development trajectory in a complex context.Loutian Village,which was included in the fourth batch of traditional villages in China in 2016,has a long history and a rich cultural heritage.However,with the increasing improvement in living standards,the problem of hollowing out of the village is becoming more and more serious,the number of ancient buildings is decreasing sharply,the overall appearance of the village is severely damaged and its vitality is disappearing.How to explore the spatial form and architectural features in order to continue the historical culture and regional characteristics is an important issue in awareness the sustainable development of traditional villages.In response to the above problems,this paper takes Loutian village as the research object,combines theories and methods from disciplines such as history,anthropology,sociology and geography,and in summary them through a combination of methods such as documentary research,field survey,research and mapping,analysis and induction,etc.Through the study of the spatial form and architectural features of the traditional village of Loutian,the value of the history,humanity and conservation of the former village of Lianxi is unearthed,providing reference and learning for the subsequent conservation and development of the traditional village of Loutian.The whole text is divided into four main sections:The first part is the first chapter of the textual content.It mainly describes the background,purpose and significance of the study of its scientific origins and the current status of relevant research at home and abroad,and formulates the corresponding research framework by establishing the research object,research content and research methodology.The second part is the second chapter of the main text.The background of the generation of traditional village and traditional architecture in Loutian Village is after analysis and discussed in terms of the physical geography and human environment of Loutian Village respectively.The third part is the third and fourth chapters of the body content,and also the core of the thesis.The spatial form and traditional architectural features of Loutian Village are analyse and studied in two aspects respectively.The third chapter summaries the characteristics of the spatial form of Loutian village through the analysis of four parts: the location of the village,the landscape pattern,the spatial composition and the spatial structure.The fourth chapter is a systematic study of the traditional architecture of Loutian village,starting with public buildings and residential buildings respectively,and analysis typical traditional buildings in detail,and finally summary the traditional architectural features of Loutian village nurtured under the culture of science.The fourth part is the fifth chapter of the text content.Based on the spatial morphological characteristics and their architectural features obtained in the analysis of the previous section,combined with the current problems of Loutian village and the analysis of the problems,the final attempt is to propose a conservation strategy for the traditional village of Loutian.Through the analysis of the spatial form of Loutian village and its system of architectural features,it is hoped that this will provide support for the conservation and interpretation of local traditional architecture with basic information.
