| The development of the Internet era has had a huge impact on the development of architecture.Under the marketing of we-media,"popular" public libraries are sought after by most people. There are many reasons for its popularity, among which whether the reader space design is practical and whether the environment is comfortable is an important factor for the current readers. In order to improve its influence, the current library is not only committed to having a large amount of literature and marketing on the Internet, but also pays more attention to improving its spatial quality.Space quality is the index that can best reflect the design concept, and it is also the most direct feeling of users. Therefore, the scientific analysis of the existing architectural space can provide the most powerful feedback for the evaluation and design of the architectural space. From the perspective of space syntax, this thesis applies the analysis tool(Depthmap)software in space syntax, combined with the traditional research method to conduct quantitative analysis on the reader space of the current public library. The quantitative analysis method adopts convex space analysis method, visual domain analysis method in space analysis method and axis analysis method.Verify the rationality and practicability of its space, and compare it with the actual research situation to judge whether the readers’ favorite space matches with the quantitative analysis of the spatial syntax software. On the one hand,it verifies the feasibility of spatial syntax in building space,on the other hand,it provides theoretical and technical support for these three public libraries of different sizes, and finally provides some optimal design strategy reference for the future spatial redesign of readers in public libraries based on the perspective of spatial syntax. The study found that there are errors in the syntactic quantitative analysis and survey results of library readers of different sizes, but the error is not very large.Among them, readers of medium-sized libraries prefer comfortable reading space, while the quantitative analysis results of the other two libraries of different sizes match the actual survey results. It is further verified that the selected "popular" public libraries have high spatial quality attributes. In the future, spatial syntax should be developed with human-computer interaction and interdisciplinary. |
