With the continuous development of construction industry,improving project efficiency is an important subject faced with the construction of government sector investment project.The popularization of BIM technology in the construction industry provides an effective solution to this problem.Linkage effect refers to the phenomenon that two or more individuals or organizations interact with each other and influence each other,which leads to the overall change and makes the influence effect stronger.With the application and promotion of digitalization in the construction industry,the research and development of informatization and digitalization mainly focus on BIM technology,ignoring the influence of organization and external environment on engineering efficiency,and there are few studies between information technology,professional technology and engineering project efficiency.Therefore,taking BIM technology as a platform,it is of great significance to promote the digital transformation of the construction industry to systematically study the influencing factors of BIM engineering efficiency under the linkage effect of technology,environment and organization and the mechanism of action on engineering efficiency.Based on the I-P-O model and the TOE model(technology-organization-environment)theory,this thesis identifies the influencing factors of BIM engineering efficiency.The technical and environmental factors are taken as the input end,the organizational factors as the intermediate process end,and the BIM engineering efficiency as the output end,and constructs the mechanism model of influencing factors of BIM engineering efficiency.Based on the theoretical model,the initial questionnaire was prepared through field investigation and expert interview,and data were collected from the research objects.Exploratory factor analysis method and reliability and validity test were adopted to determine the impact factors affecting the BIM engineering efficiency.After modifying the questionnaire items according to the results of factor analysis,the questionnaire was issued after the second test,and the structural equation model was used for empirical analysis.The results show that technology,organization and environment are based on the linkage effect of BIM platform,and put forward constructive suggestions for improving the efficiency of BIM project.The research results include:(1)An exploratory factor analysis is carried out with questionnaire survey method,and 9 factors affecting BIM project effectiveness are found,including 5 input factors: technical compatibility,technical complexity,technical comparative advantage,standards and norms,and government encouragement;Three process-end impact factors: enterprises,decision makers,BIM users;1 outcome factor: BIM engineering effectiveness.(2)The three main paths affecting BIM engineering efficiency are listed in order of the strength of the effect:technical complexity →BIM user →BIM engineering efficiency;Standard specification → enterprise →BIM engineering efficiency;Technical compatibility →Decision makers →BIM engineering effectiveness.(3)According to the constructed model,the role and relationship of linkage effect in the BIM project efficiency and the value of linkage effect in the digital industry are proposed;Linkage effect is embodied in three aspects,namely: scene interconnection,data interconnection and value interconnection.The linkage effect has an impact on the project efficiency,which is reflected in the linkage among technology,organization and environment.According to the research results,the elements of linkage effect are mainly embodied in three aspects: scene interconnection,data interconnection and value interconnection.Based on these elements,this study puts forward constructive suggestions from the perspectives of technology,organization,environment and talent training.
