With the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, air pollution has become one of the important issues in the harmonious between eco-nomic development and environment. Because of its many advantages in env-ironmental protection, EV (Electric vehicles) has caught much attention form public. The integration of infrastructure construction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is being carried out in full swing. EV charging infrastructure should also be a necessary part. As an important preliminary work in the cons-truction of EV charging infrastructure, planning work is particularly important, which is studied in this paper.Firstly, the development situation of EV charging infrastructure in China and the world is introduced in this paper. The characteristics of various ty-pes of charging infrastructure and suitable planning sites are analyzed., and the suitable planning place is obtained. Subsequently, the focus of the planing work has been discussed and cleared. Then, the current status of charging infrastructure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is analyzed.The problems and improvement measures are put forward. For the urban area of the charging facilities planning density has been studied, the number of charging facilities and service radius of each city under certain conditions are obtained. Then, the effect of charging infrastructure on urban distribution network is analyzed, its characteristics are simulated by MATLAB.Its characteristics are got.At the same time, countermeasures are put forward.Above are verifyed by simulation For Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region charging facilities, this paper studies the construction of the highway charging facilities spacing. After that, through the analysis of the demand for the public transportation between cities, the appropriate charging mode is selected. The fixed capacity of the charging station is studied, and the corresponding planning scheme is obtained.
