| The OCS of railway hub has the characteristics of diversified equipment structure、Mixed high-ordinary speed railway and complex power supply units.As the power source of high-speed railway operation,the operation quality of overhead contact line system(OCS)directly affects the operation quality of high-speed railway.Dynamic detection can timely detect the defects of dynamic equipment of OCS,effectively ensure the good state of pantograph-catenary relationship and high-speed train operation.Since the whole line of the Beijing-Baotou Passenger Dedicated Line was opened,China Railway Group and Hohhot Railway Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.have attached great importance to the quality of OCS.They have arranged three high-speed dynamic tests every month to find out the defects of the equipment in time,providing data support for preventive and accurate maintenance.Through the accumulated research and analysis of the dynamic detection data in recent years,we find the following facts.In the Beijing-Baotou Passenger Dedicated Line that administrat to the Hohhot Railway Hub,the biggest obstacle to the improvement of the OCS dynamic quality is the quality of the catenary equipment.At the same time,in the face of a large number of detection data and repeated defects,the efficiency and accuracy to the equipment management unit data analysis are not high,and lacking the systematic and in-depth analysis of plenty detection data.As a result,the equipment management unit cannot directly judge the equipment tendentiousness and trend,which has brought a lot of trouble to the fine inspection and repair,which has also added difficulties to accurately improve the dynamic quality of the OCS dynamic quality.This paper introduces the structure and characteristics of the catenary equipment of Hohhot Railway Hub in detail,and briefly introduces the current dynamic detection indicators and dynamic quality evaluation methods of the catenary equipment.Through the sorting dynamic detection data of China Railway Group over the years,combining factor analysis and cluster analysis,deeply dig the dynamic detection data of Hohhot Railway Hub to find the internal relationship between various types of data,Explore the in-depth causes of the defects,Dynamic quality anlysis of OCS is carried out,provide data support for the fine inspection and repair of the catenary,and use integer planning to focus on improving the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.Finally,according to the data analysis results,explore targeted operation and maintenance methods,and use PDCA cycle management means to keep the OCS dynamic operation quality at the Hohhot Railway Hub within the set target quality range. |
