| The management of alternate tools is an important part of the normal traction and transportation of locomotive.Special personnel should be set up in the locomotive depot to take charge of the management of the tools used by crew members such as wheel and passenger locomotive keys and walkie-talkies.At present,the management of locomotive keys and walkie-talkies in the locomotive depot mainly relies on manual transceivers and registration.With the increasing safety and efficiency requirements of the railway industry,the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency of manual transceiver management have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the intelligent management system of alternate tools,manage alternate tools in a planned,scientific and modern way,and improve the intelligent level of railway management.Combined with the current research status of tool management system at home and abroad,based on the Internet of Things,RFID,intelligent charging and other advanced technologies,the paper constructs the system architecture based on B/S and C/S,studies the intelligent management method of alternate tools,develops a set of intelligent alternate tools management system,and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed key technologies through system testing and analysis.The specific work of the project is as follows:(1)Design of alternate tools management system architecture.Based on the requirements of reliability and maintainability of intelligent terminal function,background management software function,locomotive key transceiver function,and intercom management function,functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the alternate tools management system were analyzed,and the alternate tools management system architecture based on B/S and C/S was constructed,and the working principle of the alternate tools management system was elaborated.(2)Hardware design of alternate tools management system.The hardware framework of alternate tools management system is constructed,and the mechanical design,circuit design,electronic lock design,electronic lock driving analysis,intelligent charging device,TP5100 chip function and circuit principle,intelligent terminal design,electronic label selection,communication circuit and server and other system hardware modules are designed and introduced in detail.(3)Software design of alternate tools management system.The communication protocol between the door lock control subsystem and the host computer is analyzed,and the communication protocol between the intercom charging control subsystem and the host computer is constructed,and the program of the door lock control subsystem and the intercom charging control subsystem are designed.Design intelligent terminal application software,system database and background management software function modules and business logic.(4)Test analysis of alternate tools management system.The test environment of alternate tools management system was constructed,and the tool cabinet function,intelligent terminal function,background management software function and emergency disposal function of the system were tested and analyzed from the aspects of system software and hardware function and performance.The test results show that all modules meet the design requirements and achieve the expected development objectives.By using the alternate tools management system developed in this subject,on the one hand,it can get rid of the management mode of on-site manual counting and confirmation,and greatly reduce the labor intensity of employees;On the other hand,we can abolish the original way of paper ledger registration and realize paperless and information management.In addition,the developed system can greatly improve the efficiency of flight attendants’ departure and return through self-service transceiver,realize the information of tools and unmanned on-site management,and greatly reduce the human and financial expenditure. |
