While the construction industry is promoting rapid economic growth,its high pollution and high energy consumption also bring certain damage to the environment.In the transformation and development of traditional construction methods,assembled construction has obvious advantages in terms of duration,quality and protection of the environment,and is a construction method vigorously promoted by the state.BIM technology,the catalyst of the construction industry,can not only solve the management problems of assembled buildings,but also promote the development of information technology in China.However,due to the slow development of BIM technology in China and the late combination with assembly building related technology is immature,resulting in the construction quality of assembly buildings varies,quality issues are an important aspect that affects the long-term development of assembly buildings,and quality problems will bring greater uncertainty,in order to build the impact of quality issues in assembly buildings,this study from the perspective of the construction phase of assembly buildings The quality of assembled building construction is evaluated and conclusions are drawn to address the risk of quality problems at each stage.First,this thesis identifies the research content of this thesis as the study of quality evaluation of assembled building construction according to the background of BIM technology and assembled building development,then proposes the theoretical research basis of this thesis,defines the research object and subject,and describes the characteristics and process of quality evaluation.Secondly,by reviewing a large amount of literature and related industry standards,35 initial quality influencing factors were identified by using "BIM technology,assembled building,quality" as key words,and then 11 less relevant indicators were screened out by using the affiliation method,questionnaire survey and expert interview,and finally 24 indicators were obtained and constructed.The quality evaluation index system of assembled building construction was constructed.Then,the quality evaluation model based on the topological elements was constructed,in which the evaluation criteria,classical domain and value domain were determined in turn,and the comprehensive weights of the indicators were calculated from the subjective and objective aspects using the ANP method and the entropy weight method.Finally,a case study of an assembled residential building in Shanghai is used to evaluate the quality of the construction phase of the assembled project,to derive the evaluation level and to verify the feasibility of the model.Through the quality evaluation research of "BIM+ prefabricated" building construction stage,this thesis has a more perfect understanding of the quality problems of prefabricated building,and put forward quality improvement measures,improve the level of research in the field of prefabricated building,but also promote the combination of prefabricated building and BIM technology in the future to be more perfect fit.
