Research On Maintenance Optimization Of THDS Based On Reliability Analysis | | Posted on:2024-01-14 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X L Tao | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2542307085980369 | Subject:Transportation engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the development of the railway industry and the promotion of the reform of the repair process and system,the economic and safety benefits go hand in hand,which is the inevitable demand for the pursuit of improving production efficiency.As the most deployed,most widely distributed and most mature type of 5T equipment,THDS plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the safety of trains.The maintenance mode of THDS is still at the level of "planned preventive repair",which leads to the problem of delayed repair and transitional repair,which is not in line with the current work theme of "improving quality and increasing efficiency".To address this problem,this paper proposes to use reliability theory to analyze THDS fault patterns and historical data,study THDS performance degradation mechanism,grasp THDS operation status,and accurately predict maintenance time in order to improve THDS maintenance level and reduce operation and maintenance costs.Reliability theory is chosen because it has been widely used in and outside the railway industry for many years,and it not only has mature experience to learn from,but also is technically sufficient for the study of THDS maintenance.In addition,the application of reliability theory is inexpensive and in line with the main objective of improving economic efficiency while ensuring safety.In this paper,we introduce the current status of domestic and international research on equipment maintenance theory and reliability theory,and compare the currently implemented THDS maintenance to find the room for optimization.The main focus is to introduce in detail the working principles and structural components of THDS equipment,and to grasp the technical characteristics and internal connections of THDS and its core components.In view of the complexity of THDS internal connections,a reliability analysis model is established using the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method,and the model is optimized using the entropy and optimal assignment methods.Meanwhile,the applicable reliability indexes were determined by combining the author’s field experience.The reliability analysis not only gives the reliability level of THDS qualitatively based on the maximum affiliation degree,but also gives the specific quantitative THDS reliability using fuzzy evaluation.The Weibull distribution model was selected to predict the THDS reliability,and the parameter estimation was performed using the graphical method and the nonlinear least squares method optimized by Adam’s algorithm,and the goodness of fit was checked by the K-S test method and the RMSE method to determine the final prediction model.The reliability prediction is made by combining the results of reliability analysis.Based on the findings of the THDS reliability analysis and prediction,the concepts of repairability and time-varying reliability are introduced to fit the actual situation,and the THDS overhaul plan is scientifically prepared to optimize the procurement plan using the order point-reorder point strategy to minimize the cost in order to improve the current THDS maintenance method.Based on an in-depth study of THDS characteristics,this paper proposes a method for analyzing and predicting THDS reliability and gives suggestions for optimizing the existing maintenance methods from the perspective of reliability,which is of practical reference value for field production. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | THDS, reliability, fuzzy hierarchical analysis process(FAHP), Weibull distribution, maintenance plan, parts procurement | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
