| As the first line of defense of the power system,relay protection is the key technical means to ensure the stability of the power system and the safety of equipment.With the promotion and application of smart grid and new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,internet of things,mobile internet,artificial intelligence,relay protection system presents new characteristics of intelligence,information and interaction,which is of great significance of the overall planning of data,application and professional work of relay protection.The accurate calculation and setting of the protection settings is one of the keys to the correct action of the protection equipment,and accurate and effective condition evaluation can grasp the equipment status in time and provide reference for condition-based maintenance.Based on the data source of the relay protection system of the smart substation,this paper combines the big data technology to study the business management and control structure of the relay protection.On this basis,combined with the engineering application requirements of protection settings,the intelligent operation and maintenance system of relay protection settings is established,setting comparison strategy is formulated.Combined with the equipment status information,the condition evaluation method of the relay protection system is studied.The main work is as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of the relay protection system of smart substation,and sorts out the d ata sources,data characteristics and classification and data acquisition methods of the relay protection system.A data unified model suitable for relay protection system is designed.The business management and control structure of the relay protection is established.Through the overall planning of relay protection data,application and professional work,the extensive interconnection of relay protection information is realized.Secondly,in view of the situation that the protection settings is independently transferred in each system,and the operation and maintenance management of protection settings is still unsatisfactory,an intelligent operation and maintenance system of protection settings based on cloud-and-edge collaboration is proposed.A portable settings data operation and maintenance terminal is designed.It established an integrated setting closed-loop management and control mode covering dispatching terminal,portable terminal and protective equipment.Finally,according to the classification of protection settings,the standard format of protection settings is defined and the template library of settings sheet is constructed.Comparison and download strategies of protection settings are formulated to implement closed-loop control of protection settings.Thirdly,this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method of digital twin driven for relay protection equipment.Firstly,according to the structure of protection system and monitoring requirements,the evaluation index set is established.Combined with stacked sparse autoencoder,the expanded historical state data was used as twin data to construct the evaluation model.Then,the deep migration algorithm is used to dynamically update the real-time data-driven model to obtain the real-time operating status of the protection system.The two-way interaction between twins and physical entities is realized.It improves the deficiency of insufficient and unbalanced training samples,solves the problem of condition evaluation results lagging behind by using historical data,and improves the effect of condition evaluation of protection system.Finally,the main research contents and results were summarized. |
