The relay protection device is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the whole power grid.In order to ensure the four sex(reliability,selectivity,sensitivity and speed)of the protection device,it is required to calculate the parameters of protection device quickly and accurately.In this paper,after studying the following the protection setting system at home and abroad on the basis of the research,development,use,combined the actual power system dispatching work on currently existing in the operation of the power grid fault calculation,setting calculation and so on are analyzed in detail,developed based on graphical following the protection setting calculation software system.Computer language used in the paper elaborated the system development Microsoft Visual c#.NET and Access database tools relevant theoretical knowledge,determine the graining storage based on constant value for a certain basis of following the protection setting calculation system requirements analysis and the design of relevant requirements model,data modeling,the model of the system at all levels data splicing,fault calculation,setting calculation and calculation data management,and other related modules design and implementation.Through the design of the topological structure of the tuyuan and tuyuan functions and the topology structure of the whole network,a relatively independent data and graphical modeling system of other modules is constructed.By block calculation method for calculating part failure data processing,and establish the related formula of fault data,improve the fault calculation,setting calculation speed and accuracy of data,calculate the failure data of speed boost,save calculation time and cost.This paper designed and implemented by the system to follow the device running setting rules,provide the commonly used setting principle,through to the local actual area of the grid system modeling,the calculated results with neat manuscripts for validation check,the results are correct no deviation,and is more quick and comprehensive,fully demonstrated the effectiveness of the system and the accuracy of the calculation results,the power grid structure is safe and reliable in operation,improve the work efficiency and management,etc.,have a more efficient and practical value.
