| In recent years, under the background of " double carbon " strategy,China has actively adjusted the transportation structure and vigorously promoted the green and low-carbon transformation of transportation. The low-carbon multimodal transport formed by the transportation mode with low carbon emissions and the optimal transportation path has become an inevitable trend of transportation services.High-speed rail freight is favored by high value-added industries such as express delivery due to its characteristics of safety, punctuality, speed and low carbon. However,at present,China ’s high-speed rail network has only begun to take shape, and the long-distance transportation of goods still depends on other modes of transportation. Therefore, the development of multimodal transport with the participation of high-speed rail has undoubtedly become a reasonable choice for low-carbon multimodal transport.According to the current carbon emission reduction policy, the optimization of the ’ high-speed rail + ’ multimodal transport path selection is helpful to reduce the environmental burden and reduce the cost and increase the efficiency.Based on this, this paper has carried out the following work :Taking high-speed rail freight as the research object,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literatures, considering carbon emission reduction policies, combined with the characteristics of general multimodal transport,a ’ high-speed rail + ’ lowcarbon multimodal transport path selection model under the synergistic and complementary mechanism of carbon tax and carbon trading is constructed, and an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.Taking the multimodal transport of high valueadded products in ’ Beijing-Shenzhen ’ as an example, four different transport modes are obtained, and the optimal solution of each scheme is obtained. On this basis, the optimal paths under different transportation schemes are compared, and further discussion is carried out according to the results of the analysis.Sensitivity analysis is carried out on the impact of carbon tax and carbon trading price changes on the total cost of multimodal transport. The results show that:(1)compared with single transportation, multimodal transportation has obvious cost advantage and time advantage;(2)The change of carbon tax price and carbon trading price can affect the choice of transportation mode and transportation route;(3)The opening of the carbon trading market can encourage multimodal transport carriers to choose lower-cost transportation routes and modes;(4)As carbon policy tools, carbon tax and carbon trading interact with each other to control the price trend of total cost. The ’ high-speed rail + ’ low-carbon multimodal transport path selection model proposed in this paper can provide a useful reference for the transportation path selection of high valueadded products in the low-carbon era,and has important theoretical and practical significance for the green sustainable development of the freight logistics industry. |
