| The real economy plays a key role in the high-quality development of the economy,and the manufacturing industry as the core force of the real economy should be paid more attention to.Today ’s manufacturing industry is facing serious financing difficulties.There are problems such as single financing channels and complex financing procedures.Various financing constraints limit the development of enterprises.In this case,enterprises can choose OPM strategy to achieve indirect financing and alleviate the financing pressure faced by enterprises.OPM strategy can occupy supply chain funds in a low-cost way,and bring a lot of liquidity to enterprises with the help of business credit.However,the implementation of the OPM strategy has many restrictions,and it is accompanied by huge risks while occupying external funds.Once a certain link is out of control,it will lead to problems in corporate cash flow and fall into a financial crisis.The OPM strategy is closely related to the working capital management of the enterprise.Through the performance evaluation of the working capital management,the effect of the implementation of the OPM strategy can be judged.Further analysis can also find the problems existing in the working capital management of the enterprise when implementing the OPM strategy.However,the current research on OPM strategy is mostly concentrated in the retail industry,and there is less research in the manufacturing industry.Therefore,this paper takes Gree Electric Appliances as the research object,and studies the working capital management of the enterprise based on the OPM strategy,hoping to get some experience or enlightenment for other similar enterprises.Based on the perspective of supply chain,this paper analyzes the implementation effect of Gree ’s working capital management based on OPM strategy.From the internal and external supply chain,the performance evaluation of the working capital management status of Gree Electric Appliances was carried out.The analysis found that Gree Electric Appliances had better safety and liquidity performance in the internal supply chain during the working capital management process,and the profitability of the company was slightly weak.In the external supply chain,the supplier concentration and customer concentration are higher,and the dependence on upstream and downstream enterprises is greater.Based on the analysis results,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of working capital management of the enterprise :the liquidity index score is low,the channel relationship is tense;the benefit index score is weak,and the star product is single;the safety index score is inflated and the capital utilization rate is low;the concentration index score is high and the anti-risk ability is weak.Based on this,the optimization suggestions are put forward : first,improve the information management and strengthen the channel connection;the second is to develop diversified products and increase operating income;the third is to introduce supply chain finance and broaden financing methods;fourth,expand the scope of partners and diversify financial risks.Summarize the experience of the places worthy of reference : implement policy bundling and form a community of interests;adhere to independent innovation,grasp the core competitiveness;reasonable selection of strategies,diversification of financing methods;rational planning of routes to achieve win-win supply chain. |
