In modern automobiles,the roller vane pump as the core component in the electric fuel pump,is mainly to suck the fuel from the fuel tank,supply the fuel system with the specified pressure of fuel.The key part of the roller vane pump is the roller,the roller rolls on the stator instead of the traditional vane sliding,reducing the friction loss and prolonging the life,the stability of the roller operation and good or bad,will affect the performance of the roller vane pump,thus affecting the performance of the oil and gas injection system.In this paper,we mainly study the motion contact of the roller in the roller vane pump and the influence of the roller speed on the flow field,firstly,on the basis of determining the stator curve,exploring the volume and instantaneous flow rate change law during one week of rotation,and determining the angle interval of the roller subjected to liquid pressure;secondly,we analyze the force between the roller and the inner wall surface of the stator and the side of the rotor groove,so as to calculate the maximum contact stress and strain,and find that at 30° Finally,we analyze the influence of different rotational speeds of the roller on the flow field of the groove cavity,and find that the liquid at the outlet of the groove cavity appears to flow back when the oil is discharged,and the liquid at the entrance of the groove cavity appears to flow out when the oil is absorbed.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Selecting a suitable stator transition curve will be beneficial to the movement of the roller and the performance of the pump.The more commercially used equal acceleration and equal deceleration curves are compared with six and eight curves,and the characteristic curves of radial velocity(v),radial acceleration(a)and acceleration rate of change(J)with angle of the three sets of curves are drawn and compared and analyzed,and finally the eight curves are selected as the stator transition curve and the three-dimensional modeling of the roller vane pump is carried out.(2)roller vane pump between adjacent roller effective volume by the groove cavity and the crescent cavity,deduce the two cavity volume and the effective volume of the formula,analyze the three parts of the volume change law when the rotation of a week,the rotation of a week in the process of groove cavity appears 1 time increase 1 time decrease,crescent cavity appears 3 times increase 3 times decrease,the effective volume appears 1 time intermittent increase 1 time intermittent decrease,analyze its increase decrease According to the physical definition,the instantaneous flow rate of the three volumes is calculated,and it is concluded that the crescent cavity acts before the groove cavity when the pump is running,and the input pulsation is larger than the output pulsation.(3)According to the change of the two volumes in different angle intervals,considering the liquid pressure on the roller column produced by the volume reduction,it is concluded that there are seven ways of force on the roller column between the two chambers,and establish the equilibrium equation of motion of the roller column;calculate the friction and contact force between the roller column and the inner wall surface of the stator and the side of the rotor groove,and conclude that at 30°,due to the sudden liquid pressure on the roller column and the sudden change,it is easy to cause pitting,but also increases the Seal,according to the Hertzian contact theory of the two contact areas of the stress-strain analysis and calculation,draw the deformation of the contact stress three-dimensional contour map,the maximum contact stress for simulation verification;in order to eliminate the roller in the suction and discharge ports of the bias grinding and jamming phenomenon,the roller end face to add a balance column,according to the roller rolling constraints to calculate the best clearance of the roller both sides of the end face.(4)The rolling of the roller on the inner wall surface of the stator is not pure rolling,and sliding may occur.Ideally,the maximum rotation speed of the roller is 13589 r/min and the minimum is 11747 r/min,and the rotation speed at the midpoint of the transition curve is 12669r/min,which is 0 when sliding.And it was found that the reflux phenomenon appeared at the outlet when discharging oil,and the outflow phenomenon appeared at the inlet when absorbing oil.
