Research On Optimization Of Supplier Management Of Brembo Company

The automobile industry is an important component of economic development and growth.The industrial chain involves many supply chain links,including not only the auto parts supply chain,but also the supporting parts supply chain.Each link of each supply chain has thousands of suppliers.Therefore,strengthening the selection and management of suppliers can ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the automobile industry.Firstly,this thesis takes Brembo Company as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of supplier management in detail,including supplier selection,performance appraisal and incentive,supplier relationship management,etc.Based on the results of a questionnaire survey,it analyzes the existing problems in supplier management.The survey results show that Brembo Company’s supplier selection indicators are incomplete,the selection process is not scientific,and supplier satisfaction with selection is weak;Unscientific supplier performance assessment and incentives have led to weaker supplier motivation,poor supplier relationship management,and weak management effectiveness,which is not conducive to improving the competitiveness of Brembo’s automotive parts market.Secondly,based on fairness,systematism,sustainability,and motivation,this thesis optimizes the company’s supplier management optimization plan,standardizes the supplier selection process,improves supplier selection indicators,constructs a phased and phased evaluation mechanism,improves the fairness of supplier evaluation,improves the incentive level based on the evaluation results,strengthens supplier strategic relationship management,and enhances the support of suppliers with strong R&D capabilities such as small expertise.The implementation guarantee of the supplier management optimization plan needs to strengthen the recruitment of excellent employees,improve the ability and incentive level of supplier management staff,strengthen the development and design of supplier management information systems,improve the intelligence level of information systems,improve the supplier management job responsibility system and supervision system,establish a normalized employee training system,and thereby improve the supplier management ability of Brembo Company.
