| After the COVID-19 pandemic,China’s primary health care institutions are undergoing extensive renovation and expansion of medical buildings in township health centers with fever clinics under the guidance of medical reform and national policies.The design of health center renovation and expansion is still contradictory in the sense that the single design model under the planned economy model is still continuing,and the design of renovation and expansion has certain shortcomings and deserves attention and consideration.Grounded theory: Starting from the realistic background of "health","aging" and"chronic diseases",we choose the township health center as the research object,and take the environment of the township health center renovation and expansion as the healing effect on the "users"."The study focused on the healing benefits of the environment of the township health center,and established the purpose and significance of the study with the help of the realistic value and methods of the psychotherapy related to environmental psychology for medical healing,and the relevance of environmental psychology to the design of the township health center.Object research and analysis part: review the development process of township health centers,clarify the real dilemma of township health centers,as the development mode of township health centers is also changing from time to time,tends to heal,so clarify the development orientation of health center renovation and expansion,take the township health centers in many areas of Jingzhou as the research object,determine five health centers,the spatial environmental quality of the main site,building,landscape,interface,and use examples to derive township The spatial environmental characteristics of the architectural design of the health centers,the main ways of renovation and expansion,and the various contradictions of the exposed design level were used as examples.Object questionnaire statistics section: the main users of the township health center,rural patients and health care workers,were used as questionnaire objects to evaluate the satisfaction of the environment of the township health center before and after the renovation and expansion,and the results presented a certain increase in satisfaction after the renovation and expansion of the township health center,but did not liberate the value of the psychological environmental rehabilitation brought by the design,and lacked the effective establishment of the bond between the quality of the spatial environment and the psychological needs.Design strategy section: Based on the analysis of the current contradictions and users’ needs in the previous section,and based on the results of statistical analysis,five design principles were established to integrate the site environment(sense of wholeness),optimize the indoor environment(sense of affinity),restore the landscape environment(sense of healing),and simplify the interface environment(sense of belonging)as the main design strategies to guide the renovation and expansion of the township health center,enhance the spatial environment of the township health center,and establish the relationship between the environment and The design elements are reviewed and discussed with design examples.The study concludes that the development opportunities of the township health center renovation and expansion should clarify the basic positioning of the health center and the needs of the times,the design level should be sustainable and forward-looking,the institutionalized characteristics of the health center should be changed,the medical building should provide a health-friendly and diversified spatial environment for the user subjects,and the essential characteristics of the health center for chronic disease healing and the need to integrate into the community should be returned,and the study gives some suggestions for this. |
