Study Of The Elderly Convalescent Center Design Method Based On Environmental Psychology

With the development of society, the aging problem in China is facing more and moreserious, more attention should be paid to their standard of living and quality of life. China isnow the design of the elderly care institutions stage to most of the conventional designmethod to design in the design, and not fully considering the elderly physiological andpsychological characteristics, this will produce a series of problems, regardless of degradedcompletely and the elderly physical function, even the barrier free design also do not perfect,care for the elderly is not enough, so that the elderly have tired of psychology of socialpension, is not conducive to the development of the cause of the elderly. Environmentalpsychology can consider the physiological and psychological changes of the elderly in allaspects, according to the actual needs of the elderly to design suitable for the elderly livingenvironment. For the elderly to provide a more comfortable living environment for the elderly,with more care, so that they can have a better life.In this paper, the theory of environmental psychology, carries on the research analysisand theold people’s physiological and psychological behavior, a detailed understanding of theelderly, the health and mental statusin addition, the choice of individual elderly careinstitutions were investigated and analyzed, extracting advantages design of the elderlynursing home the insufficiency of the design, analysis, summed up a set of detailed, conformsto the conditions about the design of the elderly nursing home guidance method, has theguiding significance for construction design comfortable, healthy, safe, accessible elderlynursing home, can improve the lives of the elderly quality, promote the development of thecause of China’s pension. Finally, design the application of analysis method of design of theelderly convalescent center summed up in Shaanxi weizhitang comprehensive geriatricnursing home for confirmation.Research methods of this thesis are documentation method, theoretical analysis method,analysis, case analysis and verification method.
