Study On Fire Safety Optimization Of Huizhou Historical And Cultural District

The historical area with a certain scale in the city is the historical and cultural district.The historical and cultural district not only carries the local characteristic historical style and traditional pattern,but also retains a large number of cultural relics and ancient buildings.The historical and cultural block is the root of a city’s history and culture,reflecting the spiritual core and cultural charm of a city.With the rapid development of our country,the continuous change of diversified spatial forms and operation forms causes disaster factors to be presented in the historical and cultural district environment.Due to the characteristics of the material and structure,it has a large fire hazard.Due to the frequent fires in historical and cultural blocks in recent ye Arc,irreparable losses have been caused.Therefore,in order to better protect these historical and cultural blocks,the fire safety problem of historical and cultural blocks has become an urgent task.This paper firstly statistics some fire cases in Huizhou area from ancient times,and then elaborates the evolution of traditional fire prevention measures in Huizhou area through relevant historical materials,and summarizes the traditional fire prevention measures in Huizhou area.Combined with historical materials and current data,the characteristics of fire are summarized.Combined with multidisciplinary theories of fire science,architecture,disaster science and so on,the causes of fire in historical and cultural blocks are analyzed from the disaster factors.The fire-causing factors of Huizhou historical and cultural districts are studied through literature reading,questionnaire survey and field research.Based on the current situation of Huizhou historical and cultural district,the current situation of fire fighting facilities,using relevant norms,literature and current fire safety evaluation techniques,the fire safety evaluation index system of Huizhou historical and cultural district is established,mainly including 2 aspects.Each aspect of fire risk and fire vulnerability is divided into 9 sub-items,and each sub-item is further divided into 29 elements.Finally,the comprehensive weight is obtained by combining AHP with entropy weight method.After that,the basic data of Dooshan historical and cultural block survey is vectorized by Arc GIS.With the combination of Arc GIS superposition analysis method,the corresponding comprehensive weight is assigned,and the fire risk of Doosan Historical and cultural district is assessed.The fire risk assessment results are visualized,so as to intuitively obtain the fire risk level of Doosan Historical and cultural district.Starting from the level of fire prevention,fire fighting,evacuation and fire management of Dooshan historical and cultural block,the corresponding fire safety optimization strategy is proposed on the basis of the evaluation results,so as to prevent the problem before it occurs,which has strong theoretical and practical significance for the protection of Huizhou historical and cultural block.Figure 68 Table 27 Reference 76...
