Research On Strategic Transformation Of AN Company Under The Background Of High Quality Development

Special business entities in different stages of economic development,due to their special business background and resource background,their business mode and effect will show phased market differences compared with normal business entities.In the realistic stage of global integration economy and high-quality development of economy,military enterprises arising in the special environment in China,along with the central government’s requirement that "the military is not allowed to run enterprises",a number of enterprises formed in the military transformation join the army of market economy.Facing the demands of both reform and development,the special military-transfer enterprises need to realize high-quality market-oriented development in the real sense.There are still many difficulties in diversity,which need more attention and research from all walks of life.As a military to central enterprise,AN Company urgently needs to develop a clear and feasible transformation strategy to achieve high-quality development.This paper hopes to provide a feasible path for the strategic transformation and development of AN company through the use of business management expertise.This paper takes AN Company as the research object,uses literature analysis and enterprise strategy development theory,and uses case analysis,enterprise development model and correlation matrix to discuss the necessity of strategic transformation.Interviews,PEST and SWOT analysis tools are used to make detailed analysis of the macro environment,internal and external environment of the enterprise,and transformation optimization is carried out based on the original development strategy of AN Company,so as to formulate the strategic transformation direction and implementation path for the company to achieve high-quality development in the fierce market competition.After analysis,it is believed that AN company should reshape its strategic positioning,take the combination of SO strategy(growth strategy)+WO strategy(turnaround strategy)+ST strategy(subdivision strategy)+WT strategy(balance strategy)as the strategic framework,and take SO>WO>ST>WT as the priority,and organically combine the four strategies.The systematic formation of "12457" strategic policy,so as to provide effective working paths for organizational structure,business strategy,human resources,risk prevention and control,capacity building and other aspects,to ensure the effect of strategic transformation and upgrading.The formulation of the new strategic policy is based on the actual development of AN Company and the areas that can be strongly covered by its own advantageous resources,which are more operable.At the end of the article,feasible measures and suggestions are provided for strategic transformation from deepening reform and improving institutional systems,enhancing human resource management,strengthening technological innovation,and strengthening financial support.The research in this article fills the gap in the development strategy research of AN Company during the reform and transformation process,and also provides practical reference for the development and transformation of other domestic military transformation enterprises.
