Compared with the traditional bridge erection equipment,the wheeled impact bridge has the advantages of fast erection speed and fewer operators,and the erection system is its core mechanism.Erection system as an electrical,hydraulic integration system,its mechanical structure is complex,the work link is diverse,which leads to the erection system failure rate is high.The special operating environment also makes it difficult to diagnose and respond quickly to the fault of impact bridge erection system.Combined with the research object using CAN bus communication,a fault diagnosis scheme for the bridge’s installation system is designed using the CAN bus.Specific research is as follows:Combined with the actual situation of wheeled impact bridge using CAN bus communication,a CAN data acquisition scheme based on STM32 MCU was designed.Firstly,Aitium Designer is used to design related circuits and draw PCB and make the physical objects.Then Keil programming software is used to complete the program design of each functional module of the hardware.After finishing the design,the data acquisition equipment and communication module are tested.The collected data is sent to the remote fault diagnosis center using 4G communication module.A fault diagnosis scheme of wheeled impact bridge erection system based on fault tree and expert system was proposed.Introduce the wheel impact bridge and focus on analyzing the working principle and main functions of each component of the wheel impact bridge erection system.The fault tree analysis method is used to construct a fault tree of six circuits in principle,systematically studying the logical relationship from the fault phenomenon to the fault cause.Carry out a qualitative analysis to obtain the minimum cut set of the fault tree,and form fault knowledge.The frame of the expert system was determined,and the knowledge base,inference machine and man-machine interface module are designed.The production rule representation method is preferred to express the knowledge,and the fault knowledge and component parameters are converted into fault rules to improve the system working efficiency.According to the top-down structure of the fault tree and the path of forward reasoning,the Rete algorithm is used to match and query the rules.The workflow of fault diagnosis expert system of the wheel impact bridge erection system is designed,the fault knowledge and rules are built into knowledge base with the help of MySQL database,the reasoning machine and man-machine interface are realized with the MFC framework of Visual Studio,and develop fault diagnosis expert system.
