Study On Condition Monitoring Technic In Flexible Manufacturing

Following technologies developing, flexible manufacturing is broad used in machinofacture, condition monitoring technic in flexible manufacturing is more important for insuring flexible manufacturing normal and high efficiency running. In this paper, a condition monitoring system in flexible manufacturing is designed and built for the actual requirement, this system is based on integration notion, detailedly analyzing the monitored and controlled object. The parts that is intelligent module, RS485 bus and configuration software are exploited for completing data acquisition and processing .This paper mainly expounds the research direction and the method about condition monitoring technic in flexible manufacturing .The paper also introduces the system structure .features and functions of the MCGS configuration software.The system is used, it helps to roundly and objectively master the running of site equipment and the task completed status about production system etc. and it provides the objective and originality data for production statistics, it is the base that dispatching system attempers.
