The segmented hull construction process is complicated and has strong planning,which is mainly constrained by equipment resources,human resources and site resources,It was pulled by the need of carrying the total group,pulled forward the plan of each process of segmented construction.It also need balance the production resources of multiple projects and improve the overall utilization rate of resources.However,the segmented construction plans compiled by many shipping enterprises are coarse in granularity,the process decomposition and process setting do not completely match the actual situation.The information of labor time and quantity information is inaccurate,the resource balance is insufficient,and there is a lack of predictable tools for the plan,which resulting in the low actual plan achievement rate,the accumulation of cache products between processes,and the unstable production beat.With the development and application of virtual simulation technology,without adjusting any real resources,the equipment and layout of the workshop are abstracted to establish a virtual simulation model,and the virtual simulation technology is used to simulate the segmented construction in real time.The plan makes predictions and feasibility analyses in real time,thereby providing a basis for precise control and dynamic adjustment of the plan.According to the executability of the simulation and analysis plan,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the production operation sequence,in order to provide managers with effective and effective production planning schemes in actual production,thereby improving production efficiency.The main research content and results of the paper are as follows:(1)Investigate the ship building process and planning business preparation process in the modern shipbuilding mode,study the problems in plan management,analyze the feasibility of applying virtual simulation technology to the management of hull segmented building plans,and introduce discrete event simulation software Hierarchical modeling of equipment and processes in the shipyard’s hull section construction workshop.(2)The actual production process flow,site,equipment,employees,equipment failure rate and planned time of a domestic shipyard are used as physical parameters,and the hull cutting BOM and assembly BOM are used as simulation data to create a simulation data structure.The main production workshop of staged construction is simulated and simulated,and it is proposed to quantitatively analyze the rationality of the hull staged construction plan by using the equipment operation rate,working time utilization rate and output capacity as evaluation indicators.(3)Use the genetic algorithm’s push optimization method to optimize the simulation results,obtain the optimal equipment and human resource ratio,give the optimal production operation sequence,provide technical support for the planning feasibility analysis,and make the preparation The subsection construction plan is feasible and the subsection construction resource allocation is more reasonable and optimized.
