Research On The Renewal Strategy Of The Industrial Heritagr Landscape In Northeast China From The Perspective Of Conservation Transformation

Northeast China,which historically served as the nation’s primary industrial hub,was crucial to the growth of Creating a modern industrial system and the new China’s industrial base.However,after reform and opening up,it struggled to move forward on the path of economic transformation and development.The government had a significant strategic need to revitalize the industrial bases in the Northeast,and the conservation transformation of industrial heritage are important forces in promoting the revitalization and development of the old industrial bases.To build on the strengths and complement the weaknesses,to encourage the innovative vitality of industrial heritage in Northeast China,to investigate the renewal strategies for the spatial conservation transformation of industrial heritage in the three northeastern provinces,and to promote the landscape renewal design of industrial bases are all part of the national strategy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China and implementing the new development concept.Through literature research and fieldwork,an intensive study of theoretical and technological research from the standpoint of conservation transformation was conducted.describing the theories underlying the study of industrial heritage conservation.To define the visible material elements and the unseen immaterial elements of the transition to industrial heritage conservation.Taking four aspects—culture,function,ecology,and economy— and extracting four mechanisms for protecting and transforming them — cultural continuity,ecological restoration,functional replacement,and economic transformation—and summing up the value of industrial heritage after conservation transformation.Analyze the spatial implications factors for the Northeast China’s industrial heritage landscape.Northeast China’s industrial heritage landscape and spatial elements were explored.Analyzing the landscape renewal design elements of the industrial heritage regeneration case and the spatial structure of the regeneration space case using the industrial heritage case in Northeast China as the study object.Based on Northeast China link between industrial legacy landscape space and mechanisms for conservation transformation,Integrating the role of multiple factors in the spatial conservation transformation of industrial heritage landscapes in the Northeast,Feedback on the strategy of renewing the industrial heritage landscape in Northeast China from the perspective of conservation transformation: the renewal strategy is "one core,four principles,and four mechanisms".By examining the Changchun Locomotive Works case,From the standpoint of conservation transformation,apply one core,four principles,and four mechanisms to the renewal design of the Changchun Locomotive Works landscape and show that the renewal strategy can be implemented.As the "eldest son of the Republic",the old industrial base of Northeast China has had its glories but also had a downturn.To explore the Northeast China industrial heritage from the standpoint of conservation transformation to revitalize it,the design is integrated with the cold landscape,highlighting the distinctive charm of the Northeast’s industrial heritage landscape space,increasing and improving research perspective and content on industrial heritage in Northeast China,and promoting the further development of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
