Research On The Design Strategy Of The Public Space Of The Elderly Apartment In North China Under The Interactive Design Concept

With the end of the seventh national population census,the problem of population aging in China has become increasingly serious,and the housing problem and elderly care mode of the elderly have become the most important issues of concern in today’s society.Among them,there is a significant gap between the design of public spaces in elderly apartments and the use of public spaces by the elderly,which is one of the social issues that designers need to pay attention to and quickly solve in the design process.Under the guidance of the concept of Interaction design,the interaction between space and behavior is the focus of this research,the interaction elements of the public space of the elderly apartments in northern China are analyzed,and the targeted design strategy research on object elements is carried out in the actual project according to the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,Provide more theoretical inspiration and practical significance for the design and research of public spaces in elderly apartments in the northern region.Starting from the introduction of the first chapter,this paper briefly describes the research background of this paper,the purpose,significance,methods,main content and framework,the definition of related concepts,the research status of the elderly apartments at home and abroad,and the feasibility of the Interaction design concept in the public space design of the elderly apartments in northern China;In the second chapter of this article,the application of Interaction design concept in the public space design of elderly apartments is analyzed from three perspectives: the concept and characteristics of Interaction design concept,the application of Interaction design concept in the public space of elderly apartments,and interaction elements;In the third chapter of this article,starting from the public space of elderly apartments in the northern region,four principles are proposed: safety,interactivity,adaptability,and regionality;In the fourth chapter of this article,it is described from four dimensions: building diversified outdoor public spaces,intelligent indoor spaces for aging,strengthening comfortable intelligent indoor public spaces,and public facility sketches that focus on healthy ecology;In the fifth chapter of this article,taking the Lianhua Mountain Ecological Tourism Resort in Changchun City as an example,the concept was obtained through the introduction and research analysis of actual cases,achieving the transformation from concept to practice in this article;In the last chapter of this article,the author summarizes the two-way Interaction design based on "space behavior",puts forward the innovation points of this article,points out the shortcomings of this study,and looks forward to the future development of the public space of apartments for the elderly in northern China.
