| The phenomenon of an aging population in China is becoming increasingly pronounced,and the demand for elderly care is also changing.Population pressure has gradually become the driving force for the deepening development of elderly care services.At present,it has been agreed to build a pension service system based on home,community-based,supplemented by institutions and integrated with medical and nursing care,and the focus of the 14 th Five-Year Plan period is to "strengthen the ability of home and community elderly care services".However,the early configuration of urban public service facilities failed to keep up with the process of urban construction,resulting in the spatial disequilibrium of urban existing residential elderly care facilities.Shijingshan District,as a vanguard of elderly care work in Beijing,has amassed abundant experience in the overall planning of the arrangement of elderly care facilities.Therefore,this study takes 273 residential communities and 49community-based elderly care facilities in Shijingshan District as the research object to explore the equilibrium of its spatial distribution.This paper combines the elderly population data with the AOI data of the residential community to propose the spatialization method of the elderly population at the residential community scale,which improves the recognition accuracy of the resident demand points;The spatial distribution characteristics of community-based elderly care facilities in Shijingshan District are revealed by using spatial analysis methods,including Standard Deviation Ellipse(SDE)and Kernel Density Estimation(KDE);then selects the coverage rate,adaptation degree and facility accessibility as three indicators to analyze the spatial equilibrium of community-based elderly care facilities in detail;on this basis,coupling coordination model are used to judge the equilibrium of the spatial distribution of community-based elderly care facilities,and facilities in Bukit Merah,Singapore is compared;Finally,an immune algorithm multi-objective optimization model is applied to solve the location optimization problem of community-based elderly care facilities in Bajiao Street,Shijingshan District in the Matlab environment,and the location results were attained accordingly. |
