Municipal engineering construction projects are mostly government investment projects.Saving project investment is of great significance to local governments and the general public.Therefore,cost control of municipal engineering construction projects is particularly important,which is important for municipal engineering construction companies.Higher requirements were put forward.Therefore,how to carry out effective cost control has always been a matter of great concern to municipal engineering construction enterprises.As a basic component of municipal engineering,how to reduce the construction cost of each unit project is very important.Market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Different construction companies adopt different subcontracting models according to their own characteristics.Different subcontracting models have different impacts on the construction cost of the project.Few scholars have discussed the phenomenon of differences.Research.Based on this,this paper conducts research on the impact of different subcontracting modes on the cost of municipal engineering.The main research contents are as follows:On the basis of expounding the research background and research significance of the thesis,the thesis studies the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content and methods,as well as the organizational structure framework of the whole thesis and the possible innovations of the thesis.Secondly,it defines and expounds the relevant concepts and relevant theoretical knowledge involved in this article.It mainly introduces the basic theory of gray relational theory and entropy weight method,and provides relevant theoretical basis for the following discussion.The establishment of the cost index evaluation system is studied again.By consulting the literature,comparing various evaluation methods,selecting the appropriate evaluation method,and then determining the evaluation index factors and grading them by consulting the literature,relevant norms and questionnaires.In order to establish a cost index evaluation system.By using the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each evaluation index factor,using the gray correlation analysis method to calculate the correlation degree between each project and the evaluation index classification,according to the degree of correlation with different intervals,the cost management performance of different subcontracting models is evaluated.The greater the correlation degree,the more inclined the cost management of the project is to that interval level,and then draw a conclusion.Finally,analyze the results and reasons.First,analyze the cost of each project under different subcontracting modes and find out the specific reasons.Then analyze the project cost of each unit of the ten projects and find out the specific reasons.By adopting Scientific,effective and feasible program measures,optimized management,focus on governance,reduce the cost of major factors,and then achieve the purpose of controlling management costs.Through the research and analysis of the influence of different subcontracting modes on the cost of municipal engineering,it can provide theoretical guidance and practical guidance for the cost management of municipal engineering of construction enterprises.
