The assembly process of products plays an important role in the manufacturing industry.The quality of the product assembly method determines the economic cost and time cost.With the development of The Times and science and technology,the manufacturing industry of our country has increasingly higher requirements for the rationality of the product assembly sequence,so it is very critical to find out the optimal assembly sequence method to reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency.In this paper,the assembly of the guided bomb control tail cabin is taken as an example,and the ant colony algorithm is applied to the assembly sequence of the product through the in-depth study of the ant colony algorithm to generate a more reasonable assembly sequence.This paper first introduces the basic assembly knowledge,geometric parameters of various parts,assembly direction constraints and so on.Then,combined with the professional knowledge and manual assembly experience of the guided bomb control tail bay,The assembly rule and the interference matrix are established,and the state transition probability function,the local pheromone renewal function and the global pheromone renewal function are designed,and the relevant parameters are tested repeatedly,and then the parameter range based on the guided bomb control tail bay is accurate.The assembly sequence optimization system is established,and finally the assembly sequence optimization operation of the product is completed.Finally,a threedimensional model corresponding to 3D simulation software is constructed,and the assembly order is verified through dynamic simulation.Based on the geometric parameters of actual parts and product assembly rules,the mathematical model and geometric model of the guided bomb control tail capsule are established.The ant colony algorithm is applied to the optimization system,the development of the assembly sequence optimization system is completed,Then,a rational assembly order is obtained.Finally,we verify the rationality of assembly order using simulation system,which realizes the improvement of product assembly efficiency and quality,and achieves the purpose of saving human resources and assembly costs.
