In recent years,MR Technology has become a research hotspot in various fields.The main performance of MR Technology is to set up interactive and feedback information loop between the virtual world,the real world and the user,so as to ensure that the operator can increase the sense of real experience in the operation process.The mixed reality technology is combined with the traditional wing assembly technology to realize the intelligence of the traditional assembly in the application,and create a super strong visualization effect,which is convenient for the subsequent operation.At the present stage of conventional wing assembly,there are many problems such as the operator will consult the field documents when encountering operational problems,and the repeated installation of large parts.To solve this problem,this paper uses Holo Lens2 as the hardware platform to combine mixed reality technology with the wing assembly process.Finally,an intelligent assembly system based on mixed reality is developed.The system can operate virtual wing parts and complete wing assembly in a real environment by inputting specific gestures,staring,voice and other commands.Based on the analysis of traditional assembly problems,the main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: First,combined with the actual situation,the relevant applications of mixed reality technology and four key technologies are described,and the overall framework of its intelligent assembly system is built;Secondly,according to the relevant data of wing parts,the three-dimensional wing model is established and carried out surface reduction optimization,mapping,rendering and other operations,and the corresponding hierarchical relationship is created for secondary development.Combined with the simple structure and easy operation of AABB bounding box and the good tightness of OBB bounding box,the hybrid bounding box algorithm of AABB bounding box and OBB bounding box is used.The collision detection analysis of mixed bounding box is also carried out.Finally,the intelligent assembly system requirements,development process,man-machine interaction mode and other issues are elaborated,determine the function module of the intelligent assembly system,and after each function module test is perfect,will be imported into the Hololens2 holographic lens,so that the operator can carry out corresponding operation through the corresponding man-machine interaction Based on the above analysis,the main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows: First,mixed reality technology and four core technologies are introduced,and the overall framework of intelligent assembly system is established.Secondly,it describes the creation process of the three-dimensional wing model and the rendering and mapping after the model is created.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the parts and the characteristics of the bounding box,the AABB bounding box with simple structure and easy operation and good compact OBB bounding box mixed bounding box algorithm are selected,and the collision detection under different conditions is studied.Finally,according to the requirements of the system environment configuration,human-machine interaction design,so that the operator in the assembly operation,can more truly feel the assembly relationship between parts,reduce many problems in the operation,fundamentally help manufacturers to reduce the cost of assembly time,as well as parts wear caused by unnecessary waste.
