| The on-site dynamic balance instrument appears frequently in various mechanical rotating parts.The rotating parts cannot be separated from the help of dynamic balance,and the dynamic balance cannot be separated from the assistance of the on-site dynamic balance instrument.Nowadays,there are many kinds of dynamic balancing instruments in the market,but they can be divided into two types.One is,for example,the hand-held field dynamic balance instrument launched by Kunshan Litai Testing Instrument Co.,Ltd.,which is led by a single-chip microcomputer and supported by a color LCD screen.The other is the on-site dynamic balance instrument launched by our dynamic balance laboratory,which is composed of a single-chip microcomputer and a signal processing circuit and uses an industrial computer as the upper computer.Although the former dynamic balancer is convenient to hold,its data processing ability is obviously short,and the information exchange is not convenient.The latter makes up for its shortcomings.However,it is difficult to carry because of its large size,and the connection between the upper and lower computers requires special cables.It is also troublesome to connect to the site.In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings,based on the in-depth study of the field dynamic balance theory,this paper improves and upgrades the existing equipment of the dynamic balance laboratory,and introduces the design of the field dynamic balance instrument based on the intelligent mobile terminal in detail from the aspects of the lower computer circuit,the communication between the upper and lower computers,and the design and implementation of the upper computer software.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Select appropriate sensors to collect two channels of vibration signals and photoelectric signals,and design corresponding hardware circuits.Use phase-locked frequency doubling technology and state variable filter to design an automatic tracking filter circuit to filter the vibration signals.(2)Using STM32 series microcontroller and ad7606 sampling chip,a set of signal acquisition card with sampling frequency 64 times of rotation speed frequency is designed to realize full cycle sampling of signals.Using keil MDK development environment,the internal control program of the signal acquisition card is written in C language.It realizes the processing and accurate uploading of sampling data.(3)Use Android studio to design the software of intelligent mobile terminal.The amplitude and phase angle are calculated by the cross-correlation theory,and the calibration is carried out by the influence coefficient method.(4)By using the improved and upgraded dynamic balance instrument to carry out dynamic balance experiments on the grinding wheel,and comparing the experimental results with the original dynamic balance equipment,it is concluded that there is little difference in accuracy and accuracy.However,the upper computer is updated and the on-site dynamic balance equipment based on the intelligent mobile terminal is launched. |
