| According to the Report on the Development of the Cause of Disabled People in China,there are about 85 million disabled people in China,and nearly two million disabled people are newly added every year.The difficulties of disabled people in their daily lives have gradually become known to the public,which has become an important problem to be solved urgently in society.As an indispensable lower limb aid in the daily life of disabled people,wheelchair has been widely concerned.The intelligent development of assistive devices has improved the ability of disabled people to survive independently and their living standards,which has become the main development trend of future assistive devices.This paper applies the Fool-proof in the field of industrial management to the design process of intelligent wheelchair for the disabled,discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing Fool-proof in the product design of intelligent wheelchair from the perspective of physiology and psychology,and obtains the application mode of Fool-proof in the product design of intelligent wheelchair.This paper guides the design process of intelligent wheelchair based on the theory of Fool-proof,applies the ten principles of Fool-proof to the design practice of intelligent wheelchair products,and obtains the design principles and strategies of intelligent wheelchair products based on Fool-proof,so as to reduce the possibility of errors in the use of users and improve the use experience.This paper aims to solve some existing problems of intelligent wheelchair for disabled people and provide new reference and design ideas for intelligent wheelchair design process.This paper takes intelligent wheelchair as the design object for analysis,to carry out research on the application of Fool-proof in product design,so that middle-aged and elderly disabled people more quickly familiar with and master the basic functions of intelligent wheelchair,so as to improve the quality of life of disabled people.In this paper,the research scope of target users is defined as middle-aged and elderly disabled people.User needs are obtained through user observation,user interview,questionnaire survey and other forms,and user needs are prioritized by Kano model.Finally,the article through the principle of Fool-proof to product function positioning,to simplify user operation,prevent user error as the design focus,from the function,shape,color and other aspects of the design of a low learning cost,human-computer interaction strong intelligent wheelchair product.The indexes of the wheelchair meet the national standard and ergonomic requirements. |
