Design And Research Of Intelligent Humidifier Based On Process Control Method

With the development of industrialization,air quality has gradually become an important factor affecting residents’ lives and has attracted people’s attention all the time.In addition,due to the continuous interference of the COVID19 pneumonia,largescale respiratory epidemic diseases are becoming more and more serious,which brings more and more damage to people.The concept of green and healthy life has become popular,which makes the market of small household appliances of the air conditioning type booming.The development of intelligent humidifier has greatly improved indoor air quality and become one of the essential products for people’s homes.But the single humidification function can no longer meet the increasingly complex needs of users.With the acceleration of product update and iteration and the increase of complexity,how to make product design better adapt to People’s Daily needs has become an urgent problem to be solved,which requires the use of reasonable design methods in the process of product design,based on the needs to improve people’s emotional experience in operation.This paper introduces the process control method from the automation discipline into the design of intelligent humidifier,expounds the necessity and applicability of process control method from the perspective of the design process and the design enterprise,and launches the application research of process control method in product design,so as to effectively control each process from product planning to product molding,which can not only ensure the quality of product design,but also ensure the quality of product design.And can meet the production requirements of enterprise development,improve the work efficiency but also reduce the design cost.Based on the feedback principle of process control and from the perspective of process management,the product design process is divided into four processes: planning,implementation,monitoring and improvement.Each process is controlled by standard setting,design review,and modification.In the design process,designers need to cooperate with technicians and managers to participate in the design project,which can effectively improve the working ability of designers.Using process control method to study product design,so that the design process has a wider practical possibility,and then create a new product design method.This paper first describes the specific connotation and use of process control,through the classification of existing intelligent humidifiers on the market,analyze the competitive advantages of similar products,get the preliminary market positioning.Then the process control method is combined with the product design process direction,from the functional definition,functional realization,structural design and appearance design four aspects of design thinking analysis,and finally design practice.With the popularization and application of process control method in the field of product design,the accuracy of design planning stage and the effectiveness of decision making will inevitably be improved,which will be of great significance to the update of product design method.
