| COVID-19 has disrupted the pace of life,and the isolation life has gradually become normal.The "Stay-at Home Economy" has emerged as a new consumption trend,and aromatherapy humidifiers to improve the quality of life at home have become popular among consumers.However,some core needs of consumers are ignored in the design of existing aromatherapy humidifier products,and design concepts and forms are directly used for reference among products of the same category,resulting in serious homogeneity and low degree of intelligence.Expanding the market for aromatherapy humidifiers has been difficult.Therefore,through the method of product innovation design and the fuzzy Kano model theory,the paper will obtain the core needs of users for aromatherapy humidifier,optimize the human-computer interaction experience of aromatherapy humidifier,and improve user satisfaction.Firstly,the design status of humidifier products on the market is analyzed and summarized,and the problems of humidifier products are found.Secondly,through the market research of humidifier products,questionnaire survey,user usage scene observation,in-depth interview and other methods,the problems existing in the use of humidifier users are obtained,and the key points of users’ functional requirements for aromatherapy humidifier are obtained.Thirdly,the fuzzy Kano model questionnaire template for aromatherapy humidifier was designed based on the fuzzy Kano model personalized demand acquisition method,and the results of the questionnaire were calculated and analyzed to determine the user demand level.Finally,the design requirements were transformed to complete the functional prototype construction and intelligent service system design of intelligent aromatherapy humidifier,determine the CMF design innovation scheme of humidifier,and finally complete the innovative design of intelligent aromatherapy humidifier.In this paper,the fuzzy Kano model is used to effectively mine users’ core needs for aromatherapy humidifier,solve the problems of common homogeneity of existing products of aromatherapy humidifier,low degree of intelligence and inconvenient operation,and optimize the design of aromatherapy humidifier essential oil placement and control plate.It improves users’ satisfaction in using aromatherapy humidifier and provides reference for user demand research and design practice of humidifier products. |
