A Case Study On The Practice Of Z Company’s Financial Integration

Nowadays,the social economy is developing rapidly,and the market dynamics are also changing very rapidly.Financial accounting under the original operating mode is already incapable of modern enterprise management.Enterprises are eager for new financial management models.Now is the era of big data.The emergence of various information software and technologies has created conditions for enterprises,and financial integration has emerged as the times require.Company Z is a large domestic construction group enterprise with subsidiaries throughout the country,covering a wide range of businesses.There are a large number of positive factor companies,resulting in the company’s inadequate management of its subsidiaries.The information of the subsidiaries cannot be transmitted to the head office in time,forming an information island.The head office cannot carry out unified budget management and resource allocation for the group,and the risk is relatively high.Based on this background,this article studies the company’s accounting,fund management and internal control based on the theory of financial integration,and theoretically analyzes the impact of financial integration on the enterprise.And take Z company as an example,analyze the process and current situation of Z company’s financial integration,and analyze the actual impact of financial integration through questionnaire surveys of Z company’s employees’ views on financial integration.Finally,based on the survey results and theoretical analysis,it can be seen that the implementation of financial integration is conducive to the implementation of capital management and control of company Z,preventing capital risks,and it is also conducive to strengthening the integration of business and financial information and improving the efficiency of approval.At the same time,there are still issues with Z Company’s financial integration,including an increased accounting workload and a gap in meeting internal control needs.Analyzing the causes of these problems,suggestions for improving Z Company’s financial integration system are proposed.This article hopes that this research can promote the subsequent financial integration process of Z company,and also hope that it can be of reference significance for other enterprises in the construction industry to carry out financial integration.
