| With the increasing aging trend in China, the imbalance between urban and rural economic development has led to a large outflow of rural young and middle-aged population, making the aging of China’s rural population more serious.Since the 18 th National Congress, the state has attached great importance to the advancement of aging services and aging work, and at the same time, the national "13th Five-Year Plan" and "14th Five-Year Plan" are based on the rural revitalization strategy, and continue to explore the development of rural elderly care and the policies and strategies of the pension system. In view of the analysis of the current situation of rural old-age care, the current situation of old-age care in cave settlements, geomorphological characteristics, advantages of old-age care, limitations of old-age care, etc.are analyzed, and the literature related to rural old-age care and the interpretation of old-age policies are analyzed, and the demand for old-age services in rural areas is analyzed from the supply side and demand side, and the demand for different functional spaces for rural old-age care is summarized, and preset schemes are provided for its spatial transformation and construction,so as to avoid the occurrence of inconsistency between the supply and demand of functional space and actual demand in rural old-age construction.Taking Yangpo Village,Zhongyang County,Luliang City as an example, the basic information of Yangpo Village and the needs of the left-behind elderly were collected through field research,in-depth interviews and data review, and the overall situation of the village was fully understood.Depthmap(spatial syntax software)was used to calculate the road axis model diagram of the project village, and the degree of integration and selectivity of road space was obtained as the basis for selecting the construction and transformation space points, and the specific sites that needed to be built and transformed were selected. The actual situation of the project village is compared and analyzed with the preset plan, and the space that needs to be built and transformed for the mutual aid elderly care in this village is summarized, and the role of each space in the mutual aid elderly care is clarified; The construction and transformation plan based on the centralized door-to-door professional services and non-professional service mutual care is proposed, and the functional reconstruction and age-appropriate transformation of caves and public spaces are proposed,so as to improve the specific project plan for mutual assistance for the elderly in Yangpo Village.Taking the rural mutual aid pension model as the exploration and the supply and demand relationship of elderly care services as the starting point, through the comparative analysis of the supply side and demand side of rural elderly care services, the functional reconstruction of mutual aid elderly care in Jinxi cave settlements is discussed, aiming to provide feasible suggestions for the elderly care problems in cave settlements and other rural areas, and contribute to exploring a new model of rural mutual assistance for the elderly. |
