| In recent years,the new characteristics of freight development have led to an increasing demand for airport freight in China,and the importance of the airport freight collection and distribution system is increasing day by day.As an important supporting facility of the airport,the collection and distribution system plays a crucial role in expanding the service scope and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the airport.At present,scholars have relatively little research on the airport freight collection and distribution system,with most of the research results focused on the passenger transport sector.At the same time,the lack of unified planning has also fragmented the effective linkage between transportation modes.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct further research on the airport freight collection and distribution system.A reasonable collection and distribution system can improve the quality of airport services,enhance the radiation capacity of the airport,and make up for the shortage of old facilities that cannot meet freight demand.This paper takes the airport freight collection and distribution system as the research object,mainly forecasts the freight demand,and studies the collection and distribution from the external freight channel layout and internal traffic organization according to the transportation demand.Cargo airport is an important carrier for the collection and distribution of airport cargo.The paper first classifies the types of cargo airport and summarizes the relevant characteristics of different cargo airports.Then the paper clarifies the definition of airport freight collection and distribution,analyzes its constituent elements,and studies the relevant factors that constrain the development of the collection and distribution system.Then this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of different modes of collection and distribution,and studies the combined transport characteristics of air cargo and other modes of transport.This paper analyzes the factors that affect freight demand from five aspects: macro-economy,changes in logistics environment,market supply and demand,airport supply and government policy,and constructs the index system of airport freight demand.Pearson correlation analysis was used to screen out the indicators with high correlation coefficient with airport cargo.Compared with different prediction models,uncertain multiple linear regression is selected as the prediction model.Based on the particularity of airport freight,the main influencing factors of freight mode selection are the speed,economy,safety and punctuality of the gathering and distribution mode,and the Logit model is constructed to calculate the share rate of each transport mode at different distances.Finally,based on the example of Huai ’an Airport,the cargo volume of Huai ’an Airport in 2035 is predicted by collecting the data of the cargo volume and related indicators in the past ten years,and the cargo volume of different collection and distribution modes in the hinterland in 2035 is obtained by the sharing rate model.On the basis of freight forecasting and volume distribution,based on the principle of separating passenger and cargo,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the collection and distribution system,and use TOPSIS model to evaluate the layout plan of aircraft freight passage.According to the functional zoning of the cargo airport,the transportation organization of the main and secondary roads in the airport is analyzed.Based on the example of Huai ’an Airport,the optimal layout of the external passageway of Huai ’an Airport and the internal traffic organization scheme are obtained. |
