Study On The Quality Evaluation Of Urban Landscaping Project

With the rapid development of Economy and society and the rapid advancement of urbanization in China,the demand for urban greening is very strong.In addition,China has started the “National Garden City”,“National forest city”assessment process,promoting the rapid development of landscaping industry,landscaping enterprises and projects springing up everywhere.However,at the same time of the city garden construction to the afforestation quality request is getting higher and higher,the scientific and reasonable quality evaluation system and methods have not been established in time.The quantity of landscaping project is increasing with each passing day,and the quality of most landscaping projects can not reach the ideal greening effect.At present,the domestic research focuses on the factors affecting the quality of landscaping projects and the control process,however,there are few studies on the quality evaluation from the whole process of investigation,design,construction,acceptance and maintenance management.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the whole process quality evaluation of landscape engineering to improve the quality management level and investment benefit of landscape engineering.From the point of view of landscape project managers,this paper takes the quality evaluation of urban landscape project as the research object,and carries out the research according to the train of thought of “Leading out topic,problem analysis,getting argument,case verification and getting conclusion”.Through the research and analysis of related literature,related concepts,related theories and research methods,based on the PDCA cycle quality control theory and total quality management theory,the whole process quality control factors of landscaping project are analyzed in detail.Based on this,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quality evaluation system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of the urban landscaping project with 3 first-class indexes,7 second-class indexes and 20 third-class indexes are established,taking the greening project of the Lei Street Park in Hefei City as an example,the theoretical rationality and application feasibility of the evaluation system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model are verified,it enriches the experience method of urban landscape engineering quality evaluation.
