| With the full implementation of China ’s rural revitalization strategy, the living standards of residents have been continuously improved, and more attention has been paid to the living environment and quality of life of residential buildings. There is an urgent need for modern residential buildings with comfortable space and beautiful environment. However, due to the construction background and technical limitations at that time, most of the existing rural houses were self-planned and self-built,resulting in problems such as space waste, single function crossover, high energy consumption and large carbon emissions, which is contrary to the current ’ double carbon ’ policy.Based on the goal of low-carbon development in China at this stage, the research on the low-carbon transformation design of existing rural houses can not only promote the renewal of self-built houses in rural areas, but also reduce the carbon emissions of existing rural houses. This thesis takes the existing rural houses in southwest Shanxi as the research object, summarizes the existing low-carbon problems through field research, and proposes a low-carbon transformation strategy suitable for the development of the region based on the low-carbon goal of the existing houses in the region. The specific case is transformed and designed. The specific research contents are as follows :(1)Combing the basic situation of geographical features, climate characteristics, economy and humanities in southwest Shanxi, summarizing the characteristics of the development of the times, the types of courtyards and the types of structures in the region, and selecting the two types of buildings after the reform and opening up(1978)as the research object.(2)In view of the summary of the problem, from the active low carbon transformation and passive low carbon transformation two aspects to consider, put forward the corresponding strategy. In the aspect of passive low-carbon transformation, the carbon emission of the building is reduced by adjusting the shape coefficient, natural ventilation, rational functional layout and other design methods, and the energy waste in the operation stage of the building is reduced by optimizing the thermal insulation performance of the envelope structure. In the aspect of active low-carbon transformation,it is mainly to reduce the carbon emission of buildings by using clean energy such as solar photovoltaic system,so as to realize the sustainable development of existing rural houses in southwest Shanxi.(3)The CEEB software is used to simulate the carbon emissions before and after the transformation of existing rural houses in the life cycle, and the rationality of the low-carbon transformation design is verified by comparative analysis.According to the simulation results,in the whole life cycle, the carbon emissions of the two structures have been significantly reduced.Among them, the carbon emissions of the brick-wood structure have been reduced by 39.08 %,and the brick-concrete structure has been reduced by 80.33 %.The main amount of expenditure is in line with the per capita disposable income level of local residents, indicating that the low-carbon transformation design is scientific and reasonable. It is hoped that it can provide some reference value for the low-carbon transformation design of existing rural houses in the region in the future. |
