| The "14th Five Year Plan" for the development of the construction industry points out that it is necessary to pursue high-quality development, shift from "quantitative" expansion to "qualitative" improvement, and forge a new path of intensive development with connotation. In the face of the new normal of economic development,China’s construction market has begun to shift from the past model of large-scale demolition and construction to a new stage of inventory renewal and optimization, forming a situation where both new construction and renovation are emphasized. At the same time,in the face of the situation of low-carbon development, promoting the rational and efficient use of resources and promoting the forward development of green buildings have become the focus. In the past, the focus and development of green buildings was mainly on urban areas, with public buildings as the main object.Through more than 20 years of development, great achievements have been achieved, but less attention has been paid to residential buildings in rural areas. In rural areas of China, the population base is large, and the green performance of buildings is poor, there is great room for improvement and transformation. The analysis has been conducted on the energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in rural areas, mostly targeting the harsh and cold regions in northern China, and many achievements have been achieved. However, research on hot summer and cold winter regions has received less attention.Currently,in order to further promote energy conservation and emission reduction, reduce damage to the environment, improve people’s living quality, and promote rural revitalization and development, there is still great room for optimization and improvement in rural areas. This article takes the energy-saving renovation technology of existing rural houses in the northern Anhui region as the research object, referring to the energy-saving renovation technology of rural houses in other regions.Faced with the problem of insufficient targeted research in the northern Anhui region, the innovative use of BIM technology proposes a set of energy-saving renovation research for rural houses in the hot summer and cold winter areas of northern Anhui. The use of BIM technology has four major advantages: visualization, complete information, data exchange, and full lifecycle.Solved the problems of small storage information, large workload, and low overall efficiency caused by the use of two-dimensional tools to study energy-saving transformation technology in the past, which is conducive to promoting the overall development of informationization in the construction industry. The main research content of this article includes three categories: design and transformation of courtyard environment, upgrading and transformation of enclosure structure, and optimization of related supporting facilities. And use BIM technology and related software to simulate and analyze the buildings before and after the renovation, calculate the corresponding energy consumption, and then demonstrate and evaluate the renovation effect, outputting the renovation results. Finally,a practical energy-saving renovation study was conducted using a rural house in Linquan County, northern Anhui Province as an example to further demonstrate the theoretical research of this article.Figure [59] Table [30] Reference [42]... |
