Electric energy is one of the most important sources of energy in modern society.Distribution network plays an irreplaceable key role as an important link in electric energy transmission process.There is a great number of equipment in the distribution network,and the equipment utilization rate is related to the operation economy of the distribution network and the basic principles of energy conservation and environmental protection.Therefore,the benign development of distribution network can be promoted and the distribution network can be helped to plan and transform by the comprehensive evaluation on the equipment utilization rate of distribution network.In this paper,the following works have been done for the comprehensive evaluation of the equipment utilization rate of distribution network:?1?The PEST analysis matrix is taken as the basic framework,combined with the previous literature,so the main influencing factors of equipment utilization rate of distribution network rate can be obtained,and the evaluation index of equipment utilization rate of distribution network is initially selected from the influencing factors,and the index is screened by using the minimum mean square deviation method,then a reasonable evaluation index system of equipment utilization rate of distribution network is constructed;?2?subjective empowerment is used theG1-method and objective empowerment is used the coefficient of variation method,and weight is combined by the multiplication integration method,then the final index weights are given by the combination empowerment;?3?The problem that the evaluation object is not fully reflected in traditional grey multi-level comprehensive evaluation model is improved by importing the average-weight ideal solution,so that the index functionality and balance can be all reflected in the comprehensive evaluation results.At the same time,a"punishment"mechanism is added to inspect the degree of coordination and consistency between the index functionality and balance;?4?The basic data of the actual urban distribution network is imported,and the improved grey multi-level comprehensive evaluation model is adopted to carry out the comprehensive evaluation of equipment utilization rate of the urban distribution network,then the improvement suggestions and measures can be proposed according to the evaluation results.The evaluation results are compared with the results of the traditional evaluation methods,and the evaluation results of the improved model can be proved are reliable.According to the results of example analysis,the improved grey multi-level comprehensive evaluation model is suitable for the comprehensive evaluation of equipment utilization rate of distribution network.The planning and development of the distribution network guided by the evaluation results are helpful to improve the operation economy of distribution network and ameliorate the insufficient links affecting the operation efficiency of distribution network.
