With the development of China’s economy, the country’s requirements for energy supply have been further improved, and ensuring the normal supply of energy has become the basis for national economic development. As the "artery" of the power system, transmission lines play an important role in transmitting electric energy in the power system. However, due to the long construction period, complex construction environment, many aerial operations, and uneven safety literacy and comprehensive quality of employees, the safety risk of overhead transmission line construction operations is high.During the construction of overhead transmission lines, there will also be a variety of crossing problems, such as rivers, power lines, highways, etc.,which further increases the construction safety risk. Therefore,it is very important to study and discuss the safety risks of overhead transmission lines crossing construction.Firstly, this thesis analyzes and elaborates the meaning, grade division, management characteristics and index selection principles of overhead transmission line crossing construction safety risk by systematically combing the research results on the safety risk of overhead transmission lines at home and abroad, and analyzes and elaborates the meaning of overhead transmission line crossing construction safety risk according to the safety risk theory.Secondly, using the literature research method and interview method, the Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line project crossed the construction safety risk factors, and using expert consultation and combining the actual situation of Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line,33 safety risk factors including personnel risk, environmental risk, management risk, technical risk, mechanical risk and material risk were preliminarily identified, and a list of safety risk factors was constructed. Then, the Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line project crossconstruction safety risk evaluation index system was established, the risk weights of 6first-level indicators and 33 second-level indicators were determined by using analytic hierarchy method(AHP),the safety risk evaluation model was constructed with the central point whitening weight function and applied research, and the fuzzy judgment matrix of Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line project across all levels of construction safety risk was obtained by questionnaire survey method, and then Y-G was calculated The 220 k V overhead transmission line project crosses the construction safety risk level. Finally,in view of the factors of high safety risks in the construction of Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line projects, risk control measures such as "solid operation risk identification","strengthening the calculation and verification of ground anchor cables","leaving sufficient safety margin for near-electric operations" and "strengthening the review of special construction plans" are proposed to down, transfer or avoid the construction safety risks of Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line projects. The Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line engineering cross-construction safety risk evaluation index system and evaluation model constructed in this thesis further enrich and improve the construction safety risk theory of overhead transmission line engineering, and promote the application and development of safety risk evaluation theory in the field of Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line engineering. At the same time, the evaluation results and specific countermeasures proposed for the safety risks of Y-G 220 k V overhead transmission line engineering can provide reference and guidance for the safety risks that may be encountered in the construction of the transmission line project, and can also provide reference and reference for other similar overhead transmission line crossing construction.
