Research On Contractor Construction Risk Management Of H Village Highway Construction Project In Weihai City

In recent years,rural road construction,as the top priority of China’s transportation work,covers a wide area,becoming an important part of rural and even social development.Rural roads occupy a pivotal position for the overall development process of rural areas,and as a link between rural and urban exchanges and development,they directly serve agricultural production,economic development,and farmers’ travel.However,there are many problems in the construction of rural roads at the present stage,including long project cycle,concentrated project duration,raising funds and poor construction environment.Moreover,there are more risk factors faced by the project during the construction process,and project construction risk management is often ignored as a relatively easy to ignore link in engineering management.In view of this,this paper analyzes the risk management work of Weihai H village highway construction project from three perspectives: risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.Firstly,the concept of construction risk of rural highway construction project is analyzed from the perspective of contractors,and the characteristics and risk characteristics of rural highway construction project construction are obtained.Controlling,using the Delphi method,the construction risks are divided into construction environment risks,constructor risks,internal risks of contractors and risks of other participants,and subdivide the main risk factors and sub-risk factors,and analyze each risk factor in the project construction process.Based on the risk identification results,a three-level initial index system for contractor construction risk evaluation of Weihai H village highway construction project was constructed,and the comprehensive index was screened to obtain the final Based on the risk evaluation index system,and through the establishment of a multi-level gray evaluation model,the construction risks faced by the contractors are evaluated and analyzed,and the risk levels and levels of the contractors are determined.The coping strategies of construction environmental risks,constructor risks,contractor internal risks and risks of other participants are presented.Through the research,it can help the contractor of Weihai H village highway construction project to effectively avoid possible risks in the construction process and achieve the goal of smooth completion.
