In 2010,IBM officially put forward the concept of smart city.China has entered the rapid development stage of smart city since 2013.With the continuous development of smart city,the concept of smart water platform came into being.With the continuous development of smart water platform,water supply enterprises have increasingly widely used smart water platform.At present,most of China’s water supply enterprises have built a smart water platform,but there are still many problems in the process of practical application,such as data island,imperfect information and so on.Based on the core goal of the construction of smart water platform,this thesis establishes the maturity evaluation system of smart water platform.The purpose is to evaluate the construction results of smart water platform,and then provide reference for the leadership of water supply enterprises in the top-level design and construction and development direction,so that smart water platform can play an ideal effect.Starting from the macro environment of urban economic development and the essence of smart water,this thesis analyzes the current situation and development direction of smart water platform,establishes the maturity evaluation index system of smart water platform,and constructs the maturity evaluation model of smart water platform on the basis of maturity model and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,It also evaluates the maturity of the smart water platform of YC water company.The main achievements are as follows:Firstly,build the maturity evaluation index system of YC water company’s smart water platform.Based on the analysis of the relevant theories of smart water and the actual construction and operation of YC water company’s smart water platform,this thesis establishes a scientific and reasonable maturity evaluation index system of smart water platform from the aspects of urban economic development,information infrastructure construction,smart operation system,smart service system and smart water convenience,including five first-class indexes 16 secondary indicators and 43 tertiary indicators.Secondly,the evaluation model is applied to the smart water platform of YC water company,and the maturity of the smart water platform of YC water company is evaluated.The evaluation results show that YC water company’s smart water platform has reached the ranks of smart development level,but the efficiency of YC water company’s smart water platform is still restricted by the level of professional talent structure,the construction level of expert database,the installation rate of smart water meter.Thirdly,put forward relevant suggestions according to the problems existing in YC smart water platform.Through the maturity evaluation of YC water company’s smart water platform,this thesis finds out the problems and deficiencies from the current construction and operation of YC water company’s smart water platform,and suggests that YC water company should increase the recruitment and training of talents and establish a talent expert database in the construction,operation and maintenance of smart water;Add information equipment and improve information office software;At the same time,we should also pay attention to the construction of infrastructure such as intelligent water meters and online monitoring equipment to ensure the healthy and stable development of intelligent water platform.Through the research on the maturity evaluation of YC water company’s smart water platform,this thesis points out the relevant problems and feasible suggestions for YC water company,provides the direction for the next development of YC water company’s smart water,and also provides reference and reference for each brother unit in the construction and operation of smart water.There are 13 pictures,35 tables and 105 references in this thesis.
