Research On Safety Management Maturity Evaluation Of Y Water Supply Company

In recent years,with the further improvement of people’s living standards,people’s requirements for domestic water have increasingly grown higher.For water supply enterprises,water production is the core business;to ensure that the quality of ex-factory water always meets the national requirements,to protect the public water safety is the fundamental goal of enterprise production;and the safety management is an important means to effectively control production risks and ensure that water quality standards.As a state-controlled tap water producer,Y Water Supply Company is responsible for the water supply needs of nearly 1 million people in the local area,whose safety management capability is directly related to water supply safety and has a direct impact on the life and production of the local community.Therefore,an objective evaluation of the safety management level of Y Water Supply Company helps it to improve its comprehensive safety management level and protect production,which is a realistic need for enterprise development.Taking Y Water Supply Company as the research object,this thesis first analyzed the background of safety management in water supply industry and summarized the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on water supply safety issues.Then compared the project management maturity models and constructed a five-level structure model of safety management maturity for water supply enterprises.Studied the relevant literature and actual production characteristics of water supply enterprises the preliminary evaluation indexes are screened and optimized through questionnaire survey,and the safety management maturity evaluation system of water supply enterprises is established.The maturity model and maturity evaluation system of safety management of water supply enterprises are applied to evaluate Y water supply company.AHP is used to determine the weight of the index system,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to carry out comprehensive evaluation.The maturity level of Y water supply company is determined,that is,the position of safety management level of Y water supply company.Finally,based on IPA analysis,a maturity score-weight grid diagram was constructed,the priority order of indicators to be improved was analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.In this paper,by studying the current situation of safety management of Y Water Supply Company,the evaluation using the maturity model and evaluation system of water supply enterprises contributes to Y Water Supply Company’s practical understanding of its own safety management level and enhances its core competitiveness.Meanwhile,the research of the thesis also provides a new idea for the safety management of other water supply enterprises.It serves as a reference and a lesson for the long-term development of water supply enterprises in promoting their subjective and active efforts to strengthen their safety management capacity and enhance their corporate social responsibility.
