| Since the 21 st century,the photovoltaic(PV)industry has developed rapidly,especially since the "double carbon" target was put forward by the government,a large number of capital inside and outside PV industry has entered into PV industry,leading to the rapid expansion of PV industrial chain and making the market more competitive.However,the expansion speed of the upstream and downstream supply chain cannot completely match the existing production capacity,which makes PV module enterprises in the middle reaches of PV industrial chain suffer a great blow.As a member of PV module enterprise,effective control of purchasing cost has become an important prerequisite for DX company to maintain stable operation and sustainable development,with the phenomenon of weak bargaining ability with downstream industry and the uninterrupted rise in the raw material price.Therefore,the influencing factors and control status of procurement cost are studied in this thesis as follows,based on the actual situation of DX company.At first,the market investigation and analysis comparison method are adopted to analyze the present situation of PV industry,and the research significance of this thesis is proposed in combination with the background of national policies.Then the literature research is used to briefly introduce the influencing factors of the purchasing cost and the typical control methods of the purchasing cost in this thesis.Secondly,based on the general situation of DX company,the procurement cost composition of DX company is summarized by combining theory with practice.And the current situation of cost control in the four links of purchasing process of DX company is analyzed later based on the TCO theory.Finally,the influencing factors of purchasing cost of DX company at present are discussed by interview,and the existing problems of purchasing cost control of DX company are obtained.Meanwhile,the corresponding improvement and optimization strategies for the problems found in the purchasing cost of DX company are proposed,which shows that the management of the purchasing cost of DX company can be improved,the purchasing cost of DX company can be better reduced,and a good development trend of DX company in the fierce market environment can be maintained,by optimizing the procurement strategy from the perspective of procurement mode,component design and material consumption;improving the organizational structure from the aspects of authorization,supervision and incentive mechanism,information management and personnel ability cultivation;adjusting the purchasing process from the aspects of shortening procurement cycle,detailing procurement responsibilities and precise procurement plan;and strengthening the supplier management from the aspects of supplier access,audit,assessment and cooperative relationship. |
