With the continuous development of the economy and society,people’s spiritual and cultural needs are also increasing.Against this backdrop,the cultural and creative industry is thriving,presenting a development trend of integrating multiple fields.Museums are also in line with the development trend of the times,actively exploring the path of integration and development with the cultural and creative industries,and museum cultural and creative products are born accordingly.The development of cultural and creative products in museums are not only a new channel to meet people’s spiritual and cultural needs,but also an important measure for museums to fulfill their functions and achieve sustainable development.Museums in ethnic areas bear the responsibility of preserving,researching,and protecting the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.They can develop cultural and creative industries in line with the trend of the times and fully utilize their unique ethnic culture to develop museum cultural and creative products.By developing cultural and creative products,economic benefits can be achieved while meeting the cultural consumption needs of the audience,and the dissemination of ethnic culture can be achieved through the interaction between the audience and the product.At present,museums in ethnic areas have a good environment for developing cultural and creative products,but most museums in ethnic regions still face problems such as uneven development level,lack of innovation in products,and poor publicity effects.Therefore,the anthropology museum of guangxi,which are representative of ethnic areas,was selected as the case study object.From the research,it was found that the anthropology museum of guangxi has formed various development models and developed various products such as stationery and clothing based on its collection resources,regional characteristics,temporary exhibitions,and social education activities.In the design of cultural and creative products,emphasis is placed on deeply exploring national characteristics,following the trend of the times,and designing cultural and creative products that are serialized,diversified,and branded.In terms of production marketing,we adopt the method of commissioned production to achieve the transformation of intangible design into tangible products.Through a marketing strategy that combines online and offline,we further establish the connection between the product and the audience,enabling cultural and creative products to play the role of cultural education and dissemination.However,the anthropology museum of guangxi also faces problems such as insufficient product innovation,incomplete marketing channels,and a lack of professional talents.Therefore,when developing cultural and creative products,museums in ethnic areas should not only address common issues,but also avoid individual issues.Starting from preliminary preparation,product design,product marketing,and developers,they should choose appropriate development paths for cultural and creative products based on their own actual situation,so that cultural and creative products can truly play their functions.
