With the in-depth development of the mobile Internet and the intensification of the aging society,more and more elderly people are actively or passively accessing the Internet.Elderly users provide considerable room for user growth for mobile Internet products,and various industries have begun to dig deeper into the needs of the elderly,hoping to share a piece of the "silver economy".Among the many Internet content dissemination methods,short videos are especially popular among the elderly because of their low threshold for image dissemination,simple operation,easy sharing,and strong entertainment.However,most of the current mainstream users of short video applications are young people,and the cognitive characteristics and behavior habits of elderly users are quite different from those of young people,so there are many experience problems.At present,the "aging" of the Internet is still in its infancy,and many short video apps have introduced elder models through large fonts,large panes,and no advertisements.In this context,the topic starts from the perspective of positive experience,understands the experience needs of short video elderly users,and transforms the needs into positive product experience elements,fine-tunes the short video product,and improves the user experience.First of all,the topic conducts theoretical research on the psychology and design content related to positive psychology and positive experience design,and understands the research status and design path of digital products suitable for aging.On this basis,the value of active experience involved in digital product aging-appropriate design is discovered.The article proposes a digital product experience level based on positive experience,including perceptual experience,relational experience,and value experience,as well as an aging-friendly design path for digital products based on positive experience.Secondly,the subject conducted research and analysis on the situation of short video elderly users.Through desktop research,analyze the characteristics of the elderly group,the current situation of short video usage by the elderly,the short video industry system,short video product functions and aging cases.Combining behavior observation and in-depth interviews,we understand the needs of elderly users from three aspects: perception,relationship and value,and classify and analyze user needs.On this basis,through the distribution of Kano questionnaires,the attribute classification and importance ranking of product experience points have been gained insight,and transformed into product design elements.Finally,the topic proposes a short video aging-appropriate design model and design strategy based on positive experience,and constructs and evaluates the design scheme.Combined with theoretical research and user demand analysis,a hierarchical model of short video positive experience for elderly users is proposed,and design strategies are stimulated by combining user experience elements,and detailed design strategies are output.Under the guidance of the strategy,define the product,construct the design plan,evaluate the design plan through usability testing and positive experience evaluation,and verify the feasibility of the strategy.The subject constructed the digital product experience level and aging-friendly design path from the perspective of active experience,and applied it in the aging-friendly design of the short video platform.During the research process,a product active experience analysis method combined with the Kano model was proposed,and the short video Positive experience model for aging users and aging-friendly design strategies for short video platforms.The research results of the project can provide reference for the aging-appropriate design of short videos and related products.The proposed digital product experience level and design process based on positive experience can be applied to general product design.At the same time,the topic focuses on the aging-friendly design of short video platforms,which will help the elderly maintain social links and share the achievements of digital society development,and have practical significance for bridging the digital divide and promoting active aging.
