Currently,there are a large number of super high-rise buildings in China’s cities,and the level of fire-fighting equipment is in a relatively backward state at many levels,such as design concepts,technical applications,and system management.The fire protection needs of super high-rise buildings have not been fundamentally addressed,and there are also significant gaps in the design of fire protection equipment related to the needs of super high-rise buildings.Currently,the two most important issues faced by high-rise fire-fighting equipment are: first,there is a lack of product design ideas for general equipment in dealing with similar high-rise fire-fighting issues.Secondly,China’s equipment design attaches too much importance to technical innovation and improvement of a single function and lacks systematic integration and innovation of new technical elements,making the development of most high-rise fire equipment follow the equipment thinking in general fire scenarios.Only by improving the integration and innovation methods of equipment products based on the characteristics of high-rise fire protection tasks can the design of high-rise fire protection equipment better meet the high-rise fire protection needs in the new era.Firstly,based on the discussion of integrated innovative design methods,the article summarizes the application process of integrated innovative design suitable for the needs of this topic-the "SETUC" equipment product integrated innovative design model.The integrated innovative design of equipment products mainly focuses on system innovation centered on scenario driven,multi-dimensional technology development and application,human-computer interaction innovation that enhances user experience,and brand value innovation or image value innovation that brings more design added value.The "SETUC" integrated innovation design model starts from the five dimensions of "system(S),environment/scenario(E),technology(T),user(U),and culture(C)",and comprehensively analyzes the design requirements of the product to form a complete integrated innovation solution for the final design outputThen,around the analysis of relevant elements of the fire protection system,the analysis of scenario driven key task elements,the construction of functional and technical elements,the research of users related to high-rise fire protection equipment,and the social background and cognition research of high-rise fire protection,the design requirements are comprehensively analyzed to develop integrated innovative design solutions and provide comprehensive conceptual design solutions at the system level,Specifically,it includes the construction of high-rise fire protection technology solutions based on new concept solutions,the construction of new high-rise fire protection task systems,the construction of new high-rise fire protection task processes,and the visual concept construction of high-rise fire protection equipment that involves improving public awareness of fire protection.Make design practices more comprehensive in the design process of equipment products,not only at the product level,but also in the complex system environment at a higher level;Get integrated and innovative designs that not only reflect integrated innovation in the final concept of the solution,but also in the operation of the process,so that the design has a sustainable core competitiveness and provides new ideas for solving specific problems.Finally,based on the product design requirements derived from the above methods,design practices are conducted around high-rise fire protection tasks and related elements,and relevant design solutions are produced.
